## Description

If you need to sort A4 or letter-size paperwork into clear categories, the Sooez 13-pocket accordion file keeps documents organized in one portable folder. Its expandable design offers separate sections for subjects, tasks, or monthly records, while the zipper helps keep papers together when you carry the folder between home, school, and the office.

The reinforced polypropylene construction and black finish make it suited to everyday document storage. Customizable labels help identify each section at a glance.

## Why it makes sense

Instead of stacking loose papers or using several separate folders, you can divide documents across 13 tabbed pockets and keep them in one place. Use the sections for bills, receipts, school subjects, active projects, or office paperwork. Monthly labels are included to support a month-by-month filing system, and the tabs make it easier to distinguish one category from another.

The zip closure adds a practical layer of security for transport: papers and smaller items stay enclosed as you move the organizer in a bag or carry it to a meeting. Its expandable spine is designed to accommodate over 400 sheets, giving you room to build a substantial filing system without switching between multiple folders. The folder measures 14 x 11.2 inches and supports A4 and letter-size sheets.

Buyers often highlight the roomy pockets, organization, and smooth-closing zipper. Some also describe using the folder to keep yearly bills and receipts together. Those impressions reflect individual experiences, while the 13-pocket layout and zip closure provide the specific features for organizing and carrying paperwork.

## At a glance

This black expanding file is made of reinforced polypropylene (PP), with a zipper closure, top-positioned tabs, and 13 pockets. Its A4 and letter-size support suits common documents for school, home, and office filing. The expandable design is specified for over 400 sheets, and the customizable labels help make each section easy to identify. For a single, portable organizer with distinct categories, this layout offers a different approach from keeping paperwork in a stack or sorting it into separate folders.

## Practical tips

Choose a simple labeling scheme before filing, such as one pocket per month, subject, or project. Place related papers together and use the tabs to identify each section quickly. Zip the folder closed before carrying it so its contents remain enclosed. The polypropylene exterior is described as waterproof, making it suitable for everyday handling around common spills, keeping the zipper closed helps keep documents together during transport.

## Questions before you buy
