SONGWAY 7-Tier File Organizer for Desk
Product description
This vertical desk file organizer from SONGWAY keeps paperwork tidy while saving horizontal space on busy desks, making it easier to sort files, magazines and notebooks for home, school or office use. It offers seven tiers of storage and a stable build that helps maintain order and lets you display a small clock or photo frame on the top shelf.
Key Points
The organizer is designed to hold documents upright so you can quickly find what you need and reduce pile-up on a work surface. Its seven-tier layout separates categories like incoming mail, current projects and reference materials, which can speed daily workflows and reduce clutter. The white finish provides a neutral look that fits most décor styles.

Usage Recommendations
Place the unit at the edge of a desk or on a shelf where vertical access is convenient, so folders and magazines can be slid in without lifting heavy stacks. Use labels on the front of each tier to identify categories like "Urgent", "Invoices", "Reference" and "Archive" for faster retrieval. The top shelf can hold a small decorative item or frequently used accessories.
The Best of This Model
The construction emphasizes structural strength and resistance to deformation, according to the manufacturer, which contributes to a steady load capacity for papers and light objects. The smooth, water-resistant surface makes cleaning simple with a damp cloth and helps avoid stains from daily use. Consider that the PVC foam board has modest thickness at 5 mm, so it performs well for typical desk paper loads but may not replace heavy-duty metal shelving for very large stacks.
