Skillmatics Spraybrush Art – Magical Reveal Animal Spray Art Kit
Product description
At the kitchen table or during a playdate, kids can use the rechargeable Spraybrush to add color to animal picture boards and reveal scenes through hidden cutouts. The kit combines guided pictures with reusable stencils, so there’s a starting point for each project and room to make additional patterns afterward.
It’s a screen-free craft activity built around spraying, blending, and creating. The set includes six picture boards and eight washable markers, the boards are finite, while the stencil sheets can be reused.
Product specs
- Name: Skillmatics Spraybrush Art – Magical Reveal
- Type: Animal-themed spray art kit
- Color: Animals
- Dimensions: 8.46 x 6.1 x 2.05 inches
- What’s included: Cordless rechargeable Spraybrush, eight washable spray markers, six picture boards (8.2" x 5.4"), two stencil sheets, charging cable, and instruction manual
The basic activity is straightforward: insert a marker into the Spraybrush, aim at a board, and press to spray. Hidden cutouts create a reveal effect, while color blending can be used for rainbow or ombre effects. The kit’s format gives children a defined project to work through without making every design depend on freehand drawing.
Tips for day-to-day use
This is suited to a planned craft session at home, a playdate, or a trip when a hands-on activity is preferable to screen time. The included boards offer specific scenes to complete, once those are used, the reusable stencils provide another way to make patterns and designs. That’s a different approach from a basic marker set, where children draw directly on blank paper, and may be helpful when they want prompts as well as room to experiment.
The markers are described as washable, and the Spraybrush is cordless while in use. It is rechargeable rather than battery-powered, so the included charging cable is part of keeping it ready for another session. The product details don’t specify charging time or battery life, so they don’t establish how long a charge lasts.
Getting the most from it
Start with one of the picture boards to learn how the spray effect works, then try the stencils for repeatable shapes and color combinations. Blending markers can add rainbow or ombre effects, while the hidden cutouts make the finished image a surprise as the color is applied. This progression gives kids a guided first activity before they move toward making their own patterns.
The activity is presented as a way to support fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, focus, independent play, and creative thinking. Those are intended benefits, not guaranteed outcomes, how much children get from it will depend on their interest and how they use the materials. It suits you if you want a reusable stencil activity with an electric spray tool rather than only conventional drawing supplies. It’s not for you if the main goal is an unlimited supply of preprinted scenes: the kit includes six picture boards, with the reusable stencils providing the repeat-use element.
Should you buy it?
Consider this kit for a child who enjoys animal-themed crafts and would be interested in seeing artwork appear through a spray effect. The cordless tool and included markers and boards make it a self-contained activity to start, while the stencils give the kit a way to continue beyond the six scenes. It may be a better fit than a plain coloring set for a child drawn to spraying and reveal effects, a simpler marker-and-paper approach makes more sense if you don’t need the Spraybrush or guided boards. Keep in mind that the tool needs recharging between uses, and the listing doesn’t provide a battery-life estimate.
