SINOSSO Rocking Chair Cushion Set 17 x 17 Inches

If you want a rocker to feel more cushioned than its bare seat allows, this set adds padding to both the seat and back, if you mainly need a thin cover, it may be more than you’re looking for. The woven, two-color look is designed to suit a living room, and ties plus a silicone-dotted base are intended to help the cushions stay put. It makes sense if you want one coordinated set for reading or watching TV, rather than adding a seat pad alone.

What matters most

The practical draw is the combination of a padded seat cushion and a separate back pillow. The seat is filled with polyester, while the surface is breathable woven fabric, the bottom uses silicone anti-slip fabric. That gives you a more complete rocker setup than a simple seat-only pad, with the back cushion adding another layer between you and the chair. Four ties are included, though the product details don’t specify exactly where each tie attaches, so don’t treat them as a guaranteed fit for every rocker design.

The cushions are described as machine washable, which is useful for a seat that gets regular use. The light-brown, interwoven style is a visual choice as much as a comfort one: it may blend more easily into a neutral room than a bold accent cushion. Keep in mind that the product listing doesn’t provide weather-resistance details, so an outdoor or balcony placement shouldn’t be read as proof that the fabric is made to handle the elements.

How it fits

The seat cushion measures 17 x 17 x 3 inches, and the back cushion measures 21.6 x 17 x 2 inches. Compare both dimensions with your rocker’s seat and back before buying, without that measurement, fit is uncertain. The listing notes that dimensions can vary slightly because the fill may settle or distribute differently, so treat the stated measurements as a guide rather than a promise of a perfect edge-to-edge fit.

A concrete use case: set the cushions on a rocker beside a reading lamp, secure them with the ties, and use the thicker seat pad for a longer reading session. The non-slip dots are meant to reduce seat-cushion movement, but they don’t establish that the pad will stay fixed on every chair surface or shape. If you need a close, tailored fit or firm, chair-specific back support, the available sizing and support details may not answer those questions.

Tips for day-to-day use

After unpacking, give the cushions a few hours to regain their shape, they’re shipped in compact packaging with air and water removed. Before settling in, arrange the back pillow against the rocker and check that the seat pad and ties sit where you want them. For routine care, the listing says the set is machine washable, but it doesn’t provide a wash cycle or drying method, so follow any care instructions supplied with the item rather than guessing.

The padding may suit reading, watching TV, or relaxing in a rocker, but the description doesn’t give a firmness rating or a weight limit. If you’re choosing between this set and a firmer, more structured support cushion, that missing detail matters: this is a general padded set, not a specified ergonomic solution.

Before you decide

Does the set include both seat and back cushions? Yes. The listing describes one seat cushion and one back pillow.

Is the seat cushion designed to slide less? Its bottom has silicone anti-slip fabric, and the set also includes four ties. Those features are intended to help with placement, but the listing doesn’t promise a secure fit on every rocker.

Does it arrive at its full shape? It comes in compact packaging and is described as returning to its original shape after a few hours.

Final verdict

Not the best choice if you need a precisely fitted cushion, documented firmness, or outdoor-weather performance. Consider it if the listed dimensions suit your rocker and you want a coordinated seat-and-back set with washable woven fabric, ties, and a grippy base. If exact fit is the deciding factor, measure the chair first, if you’d rather add padding to both contact points, this set covers more than a seat-only cushion.
