## Description

Choosing an HVAC filter often comes down to balancing particle capture with a size that fits your system. This Simply pleated filter pairs a MERV 11 rating with a clearly stated actual size, helping you select the right replacement for a compatible slot.

The six-pack gives you filters on hand for future changes, while the pleated design captures dust, mold, pet dander, pollen, and other airborne particles listed for this filter.

Use it in a compatible air conditioner, furnace, or heat pump. Its slide-in format is designed for a filter slot or return grille, making routine replacement straightforward.

## What matters most

The filter is labeled 12 x 12 x 1 inches, with an actual size of 11.75 x 11.75 x 0.75 inches. That distinction matters when choosing a replacement: compare the actual measurements with the size required by your system’s filter opening. The MERV 11 rating and pleated construction make this a practical choice for households looking to capture common indoor particles, including pet dander and pollen.

Its construction combines pleated filter material with 24-point beverage board and hot-rolled steel wire mesh. The pack contains six filters, so replacements are available for subsequent maintenance rather than requiring a new single filter each time. The stated filtration interval is up to three months, actual replacement timing can depend on use and conditions in the home.

## How it fits

This rectangular filter is intended for compatible air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps. It uses a slide-in mounting style for central-unit filter slots or return grilles. Before installing, match the filter’s actual dimensions to the opening and follow the airflow arrows printed on the filter so it faces the correct direction. That simple check helps you place the filter as intended within the system.

If your priority is a filter for a different size opening, choose by the required dimensions rather than relying on the nominal 12 x 12 x 1 label alone. For the matching size, this option brings a MERV 11 rating and pleated particle capture to routine HVAC maintenance.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Keep replacement timing in mind as part of regular system care. The filter is rated for up to three months of use, giving you a useful interval to plan around while allowing you to respond to your household’s actual conditions. When replacing it, remove the used filter, check the airflow arrows on the new one, and slide it into the slot or return grille in the indicated direction.

For a home with pets or seasonal pollen concerns, the listed particle targets make this filter relevant to everyday indoor air filtration. The six-pack also suits maintenance routines where having the next replacement ready is more convenient than sourcing filters one at a time.

## Questions before you buy

**What is the filter’s actual size?** It measures 11.75 x 11.75 x 0.75 inches. The 12 x 12 x 1-inch description is its nominal size, so use the actual measurements when matching it to your filter opening.

**Which systems can use this filter?** It is listed for compatible air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps, with a slide-in format for a filter slot or return grille.

**How often should it be replaced?** The stated filtration duration is up to three months. Follow the airflow arrows during installation and use the interval as a planning guide for routine replacement.

## Should you buy it?

Choose this Simply filter if your HVAC setup takes the listed actual size and you want MERV 11 pleated filtration in a six-pack. Its stated particle targets include dust, pet dander, mold, and pollen, while the slide-in design supports a simple replacement routine for compatible systems.
