Simplebrand Ava Blackout Curtains, 2 Panels, Black Polyester, 40" x 54
Product description
Each black polyester panel measures 40" W x 54" L, giving the pair a combined width of 80". The Simplebrand Ava curtains use a triple-weave fabric with a middle layer of black yarn to help block light and provide privacy, making them a practical window treatment for bedrooms and other rooms where a darker, more private feel is welcome.
Both panels have the same color on each side, so the window looks finished from indoors and out. Choose the rod-pocket or clip-style hanging option to suit your setup and preferred curtain look.

Getting the most from it
The listed light-blocking range is 85% to 98%, with darker shades reaching up to 98%. The black fabric is suited to rooms where controlling incoming light and maintaining privacy are priorities, such as a bedroom or living room. For a more light-filled look, sheer or light-filtering curtains take a different approach, these panels are designed for stronger light reduction and coverage.
The triple-weave fabric is also described as helping balance room temperature by blocking heat in summer and cold in winter. It can help limit direct sunlight on furniture, floors, and artwork. For example, in a bedroom, the panels can cover the window to reduce light and create a more private setting, in a living room, they can soften the brightness and help protect furnishings from sun exposure.
For care, machine wash the curtains, use non-chlorine bleach only if needed, tumble dry on low, and warm iron as needed. Following these instructions helps keep the panels ready for regular use.
