## Description

When a home office workday calls for adjustable support at a desk, the SIHOO M18 brings together a mesh back, adjustable lumbar support, and a headrest. Its design gives you several points of support while you work at a computer or study.

The breathable mesh back helps keep air moving around your back, while the seat has memory foam. Together, these materials create a practical setup for everyday office use.

Adjust the headrest, lumbar support, and seat height to personalize your sitting position. The tilt function offers three reclining positions, so you can shift your posture during the day.

## Benefits

A fixed-support chair offers fewer ways to tailor where the backrest meets your body. The M18 adds adjustable lumbar support and a height-adjustable seat, letting you set up the chair around your desk routine. The headrest and back support provide additional contact points, while the 2D armrests can be adjusted to suit your preferred arm position.

For focused computer work, the mesh back offers a breathable surface, and the wide cushion gives you room to settle into the seat. If you alternate between typing and taking a short reclined break, the tilt lock and three reclining positions let you change the chair’s angle. The stated recommended user height is 5'6" to 6'2", and the maximum weight recommendation is 330 pounds.

## Key features

The backrest uses mesh, and the seat is made with memory foam. The chair includes adjustable lumbar support, a 2D headrest, and 2D armrests. Seat height adjusts from 17 to 21 inches, and the seat measures 20 inches wide by 18 inches deep. The listed recline angles are 108°, 118°, and 128°, with three tilt positions. It is intended for indoor office use, including a home workspace, and has a swivel base.

Customer feedback often highlights the lumbar support and straightforward assembly. Opinions on the seat’s firmness vary: some find it comfortable, while others prefer a softer feel over longer stretches. Feedback on durability and back comfort is also mixed, so these personal impressions are best considered alongside the chair’s adjustable features and listed measurements.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Set the seat height to work with your desk, then adjust the lumbar support and headrest to position the chair’s support where you want it. Use the tilt positions when you want to change your sitting angle. For routine care, the product instructions recommend wiping the chair clean. Its surface recommendation is hard flooring.

## Questions before you buy

## Buying verdict

The SIHOO M18 suits adults setting up a home office or desk workspace who want more than a fixed backrest: adjustable lumbar support, a headrest, adjustable armrests, and multiple tilt positions are all part of its design.
