Shnbxtnd Furniture Lifter Tool 16-Pack Sliders, 3.5-Inch Felt & Plastic

If you need to reposition furniture while protecting hardwood, carpet, or other listed floor surfaces, this Shnbxtnd set gives you two slider types for different flooring. It includes eight felt sliders for hardwood and tile and eight plastic sliders suited to carpet, each measuring 3.5 inches in diameter. The reusable pads reduce friction between furniture and the floor, helping with rearranging, cleaning, and moving tasks.

Instead of lifting and carrying each piece, place the appropriate sliders underneath and guide the furniture across the floor.

Getting the most from it

Choose the slider surface to match the floor: felt pads are intended for hardwood and tile, while plastic pads are designed for carpet. Position the sliders beneath the furniture before moving it so the contact surface can help reduce friction. The assortment is useful when a home has different floor types, since you can select the pad suited to the room rather than relying on one material throughout.

For example, when cleaning around a sofa on carpet, plastic sliders can make it easier to shift the piece, felt sliders can help when repositioning furniture on hardwood or tile. The set is also useful for changing a room layout or moving appliances, and its reusable format supports repeated rearranging. The product description states that the sliders can help protect floors from scratches and reduce dents in carpet.

What you’ll notice day to day

The main practical difference is having a floor-appropriate surface ready for common moves around the home. Rather than dragging a chair, cabinet, or appliance directly across the floor, you can place sliders underneath to create a smoother path and make repositioning more manageable. That can be especially helpful when you are cleaning beneath furniture or making a small layout change on your own.

Need to move an item across more than one kind of flooring? The two slider materials let you choose based on the surface, while the matching 3.5-inch size keeps the set straightforward to organize. The listing states that the sliders can reduce the effort needed to move furniture, the amount of effort will depend on the item and the moving conditions. Compared with carrying a piece, sliding it with the suitable pads offers a practical way to handle routine rearranging while helping limit direct contact with the floor.

Should you buy it?

It’s a great fit if you regularly shift furniture for cleaning, redecorating, or moving and want pads for both carpet and hard flooring. The split between felt and plastic makes the set more adaptable than choosing a single slider material for every room, and the reusable design suits repeated household use. For homes with hardwood or tile alongside carpet, this 16-piece set offers a simple way to match the slider surface to the floor and make everyday furniture moves easier to manage.
