## Description

The SHIZZO grill basket’s locking design helps keep food together while you turn it, making it easier to handle fish and vegetables on the grill. Its removable wooden handle gives you a practical grip when moving the basket.

The rectangular stainless steel basket measures 12 x 9.5 x 1.5 inches, with room to grill different foods in the same tray. The set also includes stainless steel skewers and a basting brush for more ways to prepare a cookout.

Want to keep smaller pieces together instead of placing them loose on the grate? This basket offers a simple way to manage fish, vegetables, and other grill-friendly foods as one group.

## How it fits

Use the basket to arrange foods such as salmon, chicken thighs, steaks, vegetables, burgers, or shrimp for grilling. Its deeper tray accommodates a mix of ingredients, while the locking mechanism helps hold them in place when turning the basket. For a meal with several components, you can cook vegetables alongside a main item rather than handling each piece separately.

The removable handle is useful when positioning or lifting the basket, and the stainless steel construction suits regular grill preparation. The skewers and basting brush round out the set for cooks who want a few complementary tools together, rather than choosing a basket on its own.

## Where it shines

A grill basket is a practical alternative to placing delicate or smaller foods directly on the grate. It keeps ingredients grouped and gives you a single piece to turn, which can be especially helpful when grilling fish or vegetables. For a backyard cookout, arrange salmon and vegetables in the basket, secure the latch, and turn the basket as the food cooks. The set’s skewers offer another way to prepare ingredients, while the brush can be used for basting.

Buyers commonly praise the basket’s usefulness for fish and vegetables, as well as how easy it is to clean. Feedback on handling and durability is mixed: some find it sturdy and convenient, while others report difficulty with the latch or handle problems. Opinions on size also vary. Those comments are useful context when deciding whether this basket’s 12 x 9.5-inch footprint suits the amount of food you typically grill.

The basket is dishwasher safe, adding a straightforward cleanup option after grilling. Its rectangular shape also provides a defined surface for arranging food, compared with cooking loose pieces directly on the grate.
