SHEWIND S58 Handheld Fan with Cooling Plate, 5 Speeds and Rechargeable Power
Product description
Some portable fans focus on airflow, while others add a cooling surface for more targeted relief. The SHEWIND S58 combines both in a compact handheld design. Five speeds let you adjust the breeze to the moment. Its rechargeable format is suited to travel, outdoor events, and everyday carry.
What to know
A built-in semiconductor cooling plate adds a direct cooling option alongside the fan’s airflow. The plate’s surface can reach as low as 60°F, and holding it close to the skin is suggested for faster cooling. Use it on the face, neck, or another area where you want a focused cool touch. The fan itself has five speed settings, from a softer breeze to turbo airflow, so you can choose how much air you want rather than relying on a single setting.
A brushless motor reaches up to 25,500 RPM, and the fan is rated for wind speeds up to 10 m/s. A digital display shows battery level and speed, making it easier to check settings while you’re out. Buyers often praise the cooling plate, strong airflow, and easy portability. Feedback on battery life is mixed, so actual runtime is best understood in the context of the selected speed and cooling use.
Practical tips
At 6.61 by 2.09 by 1.85 inches and 7.52 ounces, the mini fan can fit in a purse or backpack for a commute, a day at a festival, or a warm-weather trip. Its foldable design supports handheld use, placement on a desk, or wear with the included neck strap. That flexibility makes it useful when you want airflow while walking, then a hands-free setup while waiting or relaxing.
The rechargeable battery provides 3 to 11 hours of use depending on speed, and a full recharge takes about 2 hours via USB-C. For longer outings, switching off the cooling mode when you do not need it is a practical way to save battery. A charging cable and neck strap are included, so the fan can be prepared for handheld or wearable use.
Tips for day-to-day use
Choose a lower speed for a gentler breeze during desk work or close-up use, and move to a higher setting when you want stronger airflow outdoors. The cooling plate gives you a second way to use the fan during hot weather, while the display helps you keep an eye on the selected speed and remaining battery. When packing for a trip, its small footprint makes it easy to keep within reach rather than leaving cooling support at home.
Compared with a fan designed only to circulate air, this model adds the cooling plate and a wearable option. That combination is especially relevant for travel, outdoor gatherings, and situations where both directed airflow and a cool surface are useful. Buyers also highlight that it fits easily into a bag and can be worn around the neck, while reports about how long the battery holds up vary.
Practical questions
How many speed settings does the SHEWIND S58 have? It offers five adjustable speeds, ranging from a soft breeze to turbo airflow. The display shows the selected speed.
How long does the battery last? Runtime is listed as 3 to 11 hours depending on the speed and use. Charging via USB-C takes about 2 hours, and switching off cooling mode when it is not needed can help conserve battery.
Can it be used hands-free? Yes. Its foldable design allows desktop placement, and the included neck strap provides a wearable option when you want airflow without holding the fan.
Is it worth it?
The S58 is a practical fit for anyone who wants portable airflow with the added option of a semiconductor cooling plate.
