## Description

A sunny patio can become a more comfortable place to sit with the Shade&Beyond 90% Sun Shade Cloth. Its 10' x 20' size is designed to cover pergolas and other outdoor structures, creating a broad shaded area.

The blue gray mesh is made from 200 GSM high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its breathable construction lets air flow through while helping reduce direct sun exposure.

Grommets along the edges and included fixing accessories give you practical ways to attach the cloth to a suitable structure. Use it over a patio, garden seating area, greenhouse, or pet shelter.

## Everyday use

Stretch the cloth across a pergola or another suitable frame to create shade over an outdoor table, lounge chairs, or a section of the yard. The stated 90% sun-block rating is useful when reducing direct sunlight is the priority. The mesh also provides some privacy while preserving a view through the fabric, so the space remains visually open rather than fully screened.

The cloth can also be used to shield plants in a greenhouse or cover a pet house. Its water-repellent finish and breathable HDPE construction suit outdoor shade applications, while the grommets help distribute attachment points around the edges. For installation, secure the grommets to a structure using the included fixing accessories and tie or hang the cloth as appropriate for that setup.

## Why it makes sense

This is a higher-shade approach for outdoor areas where stronger sun coverage matters. Compared with choosing a cloth with a lower sun-block percentage, the 90% rating is the defining feature here, a lower percentage may make more sense when keeping more sunlight is the goal. The 10' x 20' format also offers coverage for larger setups than a small individual screen.

Buyers commonly highlight the sun protection, appearance, size, and straightforward installation. Feedback on durability is mixed, including reports from some buyers of grommets pulling away from the fabric. The product’s reinforced design uses double grommets on each edge, along with seams and stitching intended for outdoor use.

## Key points

The cloth measures 10' x 20' and is made from 200 GSM HDPE in blue gray. Grommets are positioned along each side at 2-foot intervals, with double grommets on the edges. This layout gives you multiple attachment points for securing the cover to a pergola, patio structure, carport, or other suitable frame. Its mesh format combines shade with airflow, and the fabric is described as water repellent.

## Before you decide

What does the 90% rating mean? It identifies this cloth’s stated level of sun blocking, making it suited to setups where substantial shade is the main aim.

How can it be attached? Use the edge grommets with the included fixing accessories to tie or hang the cloth from a suitable structure. The grommets are spaced every 2 feet along each side.

Can it be used for plants as well as patio seating? Yes. It is presented for patios, gardens, greenhouses, and pet houses, so it can serve as a shade screen for both outdoor living areas and plants.

## When it makes sense

Choose this Shade&Beyond cover when you want a large, breathable screen for a pergola, patio, garden, or similar outdoor setup and a 90% sun-block rating fits the space. Its 10' x 20' coverage, HDPE mesh, and perimeter grommets bring the essential pieces together for creating a shaded area with practical attachment points.
