## Description

## Quick sizing guide
For infant and toddler girls who need an outfit for playtime or a special occasion, this dress brings together a cozy sweatshirt-style top and a colorful tutu skirt. It is available in sizes from 12 months through 5T. The pull-on design and encased elastic waistband make getting dressed straightforward, while the flexible waist adds ease of movement.

The size range includes 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, 2T, 3T, 4T, and 5T. Customer feedback on fit is mixed: some buyers find it true to size, while others describe it as a little roomy. The listed size options give families a range to choose from as their child grows.

## Why it’s worth it
This officially licensed Sesame Street design puts Elmo at the center of a bright, playful outfit. The red long-sleeve bodice has a sparkling Elmo graphic with cursive lettering, accent stars, and a colorful shooting-star banner. Ruffles along the shoulder seams add a sweet detail, while the rainbow ombre tiered mesh skirt and glittering dots give the dress a festive look.

The top is made from soft cotton-blend French terry, bringing the familiar feel of a sweatshirt to a dressier silhouette. That mix makes the outfit useful when a plain everyday dress feels too simple, but a separate top and skirt would be more pieces to coordinate. Picture it for a birthday gathering, a family visit, preschool, or an ordinary day when she wants to wear Elmo. Buyers often praise the appearance, including the sparkle of the skirt and the vivid red Elmo design, their comments about fit vary.
