## Description

The deep sides and glass lid help keep splatters contained while you sauté, stir-fry, or simmer. SENSARTE’s 4.5-quart ceramic sauté pan has an aluminum body and an induction-ready base for use across gas, electric, and induction cooktops.

A stay-cool Bakelite handle, helper handle, and dual pour spouts make it practical to move and serve meals.

## Size & fit
With a 4.5-quart capacity and 3-inch sides, this pan is sized for generous portions, including meals for two to four people. The depth gives ingredients room to move during stir-frying and helps contain food as you cook with the tempered glass lid on. Use it for everyday dishes such as omelets and pancakes, or for larger preparations like soup and family-style stir-fries.

If you’re choosing between a shallow frying pan and a deeper sauté pan, the deeper shape is useful when a recipe involves more ingredients, liquid, or splattering. The dual spouts help direct pouring, while the helper handle provides an additional grip when lifting the pan.

## Why it makes sense
The ceramic-based nonstick surface is designed to let food release with less sticking, which is useful for eggs, crepes, and other delicate foods. Its coating is free of intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. The aluminum body and magnetic base suit a range of cooktops, including smooth-surface induction, so the pan can serve as a versatile everyday piece rather than a skillet reserved for one cooking method.

Buyers often highlight the pan’s useful size, nonstick surface, and easy cleanup. Feedback on durability is mixed: while some customers say it holds up well, others report coating chips. To care for the pan, let it cool before washing by hand with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge.
