## Description

This portable Level 1/2 EV charger brings flexible charging to Tesla owners with a compact mobile design and a NACS connector that fits Tesla models. The unit supports both 240V Level 2 charging at 16A for faster home top ups and 120V Level 1 charging for overnight replenishment, making it useful for daily driving and road trips. If you need a travel friendly charger with simple setup and a long cable, this portable charger covers both scenarios and helps keep your car ready to go.

## Key features

The charger includes a NEMA 6-20 plug for Level 2 charging and a NEMA 5-15 adapter for Level 1 charging. It has a 25ft extension cable that offers reach for many garage and street parking situations, and a compact storage bag for transport. A button on the connector wirelessly opens Tesla charging doors, simplifying connection and reducing the need to access the car console. LED indicators show charging status at a glance, and the unit has multiple protections for safety, including leak and overheat protection according to the manufacturer. ⚡

## Tech specs

- Name: **Seguma Portable 16A EV Charger**
- Connector: NACS
- Amperage and power: 16A, 3.68kW at 240V
- Cable length: 25FT
- Input options: NEMA 6-20 plug and NEMA 5-15 adapter

## Why it’s worth it

For owners of Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X, the charger supplies a clear benefit in convenience and portability. The faster Level 2 option adds roughly 9 to 12 miles per hour according to the manufacturer, while the Level 1 option provides slower overnight charging for locations without 240V outlets. The wireless charge door control reduces fumbling with ports during busy moments. Keep in mind that the device does not work with dryer style outlets like NEMA 10-30 or NEMA 14-30, so verify your available outlets before relying on the faster plug.

## How to use it

Plug the NEMA 6-20 into a compatible 240V outlet for Level 2 charging or attach the NEMA 5-15 adapter to use a standard 120V outlet. Position the cable to avoid trip hazards and use the included storage bag when transporting the unit. Monitor the LED indicators to confirm charging status and power interruptions. For added peace of mind install a dedicated circuit breaker at home if you plan frequent Level 2 charging. 🔋
