## Description

Made from chrome vanadium steel, the SEDY 81130 set brings 24 flex-head ratcheting combination wrenches together in metric and SAE sizes. The range runs from 8–19 mm and 1/4–7/8", giving you one organized set for work on fasteners measured in either standard.

Its 180° flex head and 72-tooth ratchet are designed for working where wrench movement is restricted. The included roll-up pouch keeps the set together for storage or transport.

## Key takeaways

This set combines two measurement standards, so it can serve automotive repairs, chassis work, motorcycle maintenance, and other mechanical projects without requiring a metric-only or SAE-only selection. The size range is useful when a job involves different fasteners, while the flexible head helps position the wrench around nearby components.

The ratchet mechanism needs a 5° swing arc, a practical feature when a full wrench stroke is difficult to make. A 72-tooth mechanism paired with the 180° flex head gives you options for positioning and resetting the tool in tighter areas. The wrenches are made from chrome vanadium steel and have a durable black finish.

Buyers commonly praise the set’s functionality, appearance, and durability, with positive feedback also noting the ratchet’s operation. These are user impressions rather than a substitute for choosing the correct wrench size for each fastener.

## Everyday use

For a repair involving both metric and SAE hardware, the dual-standard selection keeps the relevant sizes in one set. Instead of gathering separate single-standard collections, you can choose from the marked size range and keep the wrenches together in the roll-up pouch. This is useful in a home garage or workshop where the types of fasteners can vary from one task to the next.

The pouch also gives each wrench a place between jobs and makes the set easier to carry to a work area. The black finish and CR-V steel construction suit the set’s intended role in regular mechanical and garage projects.

## How to use it

Choose the wrench that matches the fastener, then position the flex head to suit the available clearance. When surrounding parts limit the swing, the 5° ratchet arc allows the wrench to work with a shorter back-and-forth movement than a conventional fixed wrench requires. Adjusting the head can help orient the handle around obstacles as you work.

For a motorcycle maintenance task or automotive repair, the metric and SAE range lets you select from both measurement systems in the same pouch. Keeping the set organized also makes it easier to return the wrench to its place and find the next size during a project.

## Final verdict

The SEDY 81130 is a practical choice for mechanics and DIY users who want a broad metric-and-SAE wrench selection with flexible access in one portable set. Its 24 sizes, 180° flex heads, 72-tooth ratchets, and roll-up pouch make it well suited to varied garage, automotive, chassis, and motorcycle work.
