SEAGO SG-977 Kids Electric Toothbrush with Timer, Rainbow LED and 4 Heads

Some kids respond to playful details, while others benefit from a clear brushing routine. The SEAGO SG-977 brings both together with color-changing LED light and timed brushing cues.

Its sonic brush head runs at up to 24,000 strokes per minute, and extra-soft bristles are designed for children’s teeth and gums. Four brush heads make it easier to keep replacement heads on hand.

Powered by one AAA battery, the toothbrush is a practical fit for families who prefer a battery-operated routine. The battery is not included.

How to use it

The built-in timer guides a two-minute brushing session, with a reminder every 30 seconds to move to the next quadrant. That gives children a simple sequence to follow rather than relying on guesswork about when to switch areas.

Choose among four operating modes: white LED with the motor, rainbow LED with the motor, motor only, or white LED only. The rainbow light adds a playful element to brushing, while white light can help a parent look at a child’s teeth. The single-button control operates the functions, keeping the routine straightforward for kids.

For a typical morning or bedtime routine, turn on the brush and follow the timer’s interval prompts around the mouth. The IPX7 waterproof design allows the brush to be rinsed after use and used during a shower. The manufacturer states that one AAA battery can last up to 150 days with two two-minute brushing sessions per day.

Pros

The combination of a quadrant timer, multiple light settings, and child-sized ergonomic handling gives families several practical ways to make brushing easier to follow and more engaging. Soft-touch silicone on the handle provides a comfortable grip, while the soft bristles are intended to protect children’s gums. The package includes four replacement heads, a protective bristle cover, and an instruction manual.

Buyer feedback often highlights the rainbow lights and the way they can make brushing more appealing to children. Reports about durability and vibration are mixed: some buyers say the brush works well, while others describe it stopping or breaking after a period of use, and opinions differ on how strong the vibration feels. These experiences vary from household to household.
