## Description

Removable steel weight cores let you adjust the resistance in these SDATEKIT wearable weights to suit your routine. The soft silicone shell and adjustable hook-and-loop straps make them easy to secure on your wrists or ankles. Use the pair for Pilates, yoga, walking, aerobics, or strength training. They offer a wearable alternative to holding weights when you want resistance while keeping your hands free.

## Tech specs
- Type: Adjustable wrist and ankle weights
- Weight: 2 lb pair, 1 lb per weight at full capacity
- Material: Food-grade silicone shell with removable steel weight cores
- Color: Green
- Closure: Hook-and-loop strap
- What’s included: Set of 2 weights and carrying bag

Each weight has a side access port for removing its steel core, so you can reduce the weight as needed instead of choosing between a fixed load and no added resistance. The matte silicone exterior is designed to resist slipping during workouts, while the elastic straps provide a breathable, adjustable fit. Their compact wearable format suits routines where holding dumbbells would get in the way, such as walking, dance practice, or floor-based Pilates movements.

## Practical tips
Wrap a weight around your wrist or ankle, then fasten the strap for a secure, comfortable fit before starting your activity. If you want less resistance, remove the weight core through the side access port, each bracelet holds up to 1 lb. This lets you tailor the load for different movements or build resistance gradually. For example, you can wear the pair during a neighborhood walk or add them to a yoga or aerobic session when you want light wearable resistance without holding equipment.

The adjustable design also makes it straightforward to position each weight on the body part targeted by your workout. Buyers commonly appreciate the soft feel of the silicone, the ease of putting the weights on and taking them off, and the way the straps help keep them in place. Those features are particularly useful when moving between exercises rather than stopping to handle separate weights.

## What you get
The set includes two wearable weights, each with a removable steel core and a silicone exterior, plus a carrying bag for storage and transport. Because the pair is made for both wrists and ankles, you can choose placement according to the movement: wrist placement for arm-focused activity, or ankle placement for lower-body routines. The hook-and-loop straps make it easy to secure each weight without a complicated setup.

## Should you buy it?
Choose this pair if you want adjustable, wearable resistance for low-impact workouts and everyday movement. Its 1 lb maximum per weight, removable cores, and wrist-or-ankle fit make it a practical alternative to hand-held weights for activities such as walking, stretching, yoga, and Pilates. The silicone shell adds a soft-contact surface, while the included bag makes it convenient to put the set away or take it along to a workout.
