SCENEREAL Dog Bathrobe, Microfiber

What matters most

The soft microfiber robe is designed to absorb moisture after a bath or swim, so you can wrap your pet instead of relying on a loose towel that may slip while you dry them. A hooded shark design adds a playful look, while the neck hook-and-loop closure and adjustable belly strap help hold the wrap in place. It’s intended for dogs and cats, but choosing the right size matters more than the broad “all pets” claim. Keep in mind that a robe can only fit well if your pet’s measurements line up with the chart, on the spec sheet, size S is listed for a 14.5-inch back, 19.5-inch chest, and 17.5-inch neck.

How to take care of it

The robe is machine washable, which makes cleanup after a muddy walk, bath, or swim more straightforward. The product information doesn’t specify washing temperature, drying instructions, or whether the hook-and-loop closure needs special handling, so don’t assume a particular laundry routine beyond machine washing. Close the fastener before washing if needed to keep it from catching on other items, and follow any care label supplied with the robe.

Practical tips

Measure your pet’s back, chest, and neck, then compare all three with the size chart before choosing. The listed measurements are: S, 14.5-inch back, 19.5-inch chest, and 17.5-inch neck, M, 16.5-inch back, 22-inch chest, and 19-inch neck, L, 20-inch back, 26-inch chest, and 22-inch neck, XL, 24-inch back, 32-inch chest, and 27-inch neck, and 2XL, 28-inch back, 37-inch chest, and 28-inch neck. If one measurement is close to a listed limit, take the fit seriously rather than choosing by weight or appearance—the listing doesn’t provide weight guidance.

After a bath, fasten the neck and belly strap, then let your pet move around in the robe while the microfiber absorbs moisture. That wraparound format may be easier to manage than holding a towel against a wriggly dog, though pets that dislike hoods or clothing may resist it. The shark hood also makes the robe suited to a photo or a cozy post-bath moment, a plain drying towel is a simpler choice if you only want a basic wipe-down without a wearable design.

Practical doubts

Can a cat wear this robe? The product is described for cats as well as dogs. Use the size chart measurements to judge fit rather than assuming every cat will fit.

Is it meant only for bath time? No. It’s described for drying after baths or swims, and the listing also presents it as cozy wear or a costume for photos and holidays.

How does it stay closed? It has a hook-and-loop closure at the neck and an adjustable strap around the belly. The listing doesn’t describe additional fasteners.

Should you buy it?

A solid pick if you want a soft, wearable microfiber wrap for drying a pet after bathing or swimming, and you like the shark hood as an extra. It might not be a great match if your pet dislikes being dressed, needs a hood-free towel, or falls between the listed measurements. Compared with a basic towel, this robe offers a more secure wrap and a costume-like look, choose a plain towel instead if simplicity matters more than keeping a robe in place.
