## Description

Choosing weights for a home gym often means balancing exercise variety with the space available. This SAUVOO set brings several training formats together in one adjustable system.

Use it as dumbbells, a barbell, kettlebells, weight plates, or push-up stands. Changing the setup lets you move between different exercises without dedicating separate equipment to each one.

Its weight plates adjust the load for different movements, while textured grips and a padded, curved bar add practical details for handling and comfort during workouts.

## Practical tips
Set the configuration and load that suit each movement, then secure the plates with the dual-lock system before exercising. The set uses a hex nut as the primary lock and a collar as a secondary lock, helping keep plates in place as you lift. For squats and presses, the curved bar has a steel core and high-density foam padding shaped to sit along the neck, textured grips on the barbell and kettlebell support a steadier hold for swings, rows, and presses.

A home session can move from dumbbell rows and lunges to barbell squats, then finish with kettlebell movements or push-ups using the stand configuration. That makes the set useful when you want to vary strength exercises while keeping your workout area compact. Compared with building a home setup from separate fixed-format weights, this system lets you switch among several formats using the same adjustable set. Buyers also highlight its versatility, adjustability, straightforward assembly, and compact storage, making it a practical choice for varied home workouts.

## What you get
The listed included component is the dumbbell set. Its configuration features 16 weight plates and supports dumbbell, barbell, kettlebell, weight-plate, and push-up-stand use. Plate markings show both pounds and kilograms on each side, helping identify the load when changing configurations. The plates have an ABS shell filled with iron sand, a design described as impact-resistant and noise-reducing that can help protect wood or tile floors from scratches.

## Is it worth it?
For home workouts that call for more than one type of strength exercise, the key benefit is flexibility: one adjustable 70 lb set can be configured for dumbbell, barbell, and kettlebell training, as well as push-up stands. The range of listed loads supports changing resistance between movements, and the compact storage footprint suits apartments, offices, or other workout areas where floor space matters. It’s a great fit if you want several training formats in a single home-gym set.
