## Description

A dedicated set of dumbbells is straightforward, but a home workout can call for more than one kind of equipment. The SAUVOO adjustable set converts into five configurations for a wider range of strength exercises.

Its 22 lb version includes eight 2.75 lb plates, with textured grips and locking hardware designed to keep the plates in place during use.

Want one compact setup for presses, rows, squats, and more? This set combines multiple training formats in a detachable design for home use.

## Technical overview
The 5-in-1 design can be assembled as dumbbells, a barbell, kettlebells, weight plates, or push-up stands. That gives you different ways to approach strength exercises without setting up a separate piece of equipment for each format. The plates have an ABS outer shell filled with iron sand, and both sides display the weight in pounds and kilograms for easy identification.

For added stability, the set uses a dual-lock system: a hex nut provides the primary lock, while a collar acts as a secondary lock. The package specifications list five anti-loosening nuts and one kettlebell nut. Before lifting, secure the plates with the locking hardware for the selected configuration. Textured handles on the barbell and kettlebell help maintain grip during movements such as rows, presses, and swings.

The curved barbell connector has a steel core and high-density foam padding. Its padded shape is designed to sit around the neck during squats and presses, adding a cushioned contact point for those movements. The detachable parts are designed for compact storage, with the product listing an occupied area of less than 2 sq ft.

## Everyday use
For a home session, assemble the dumbbells for presses or rows, then switch to the barbell format for squats or the kettlebell setup for swings. The different configurations make it easier to vary the exercises within one workout, while adjustable plates let you change the setup to suit the movement. Weight changes and assembly are part of using the set, so its locking components are useful when moving between configurations.

Compared with building a home gym from separate dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and push-up equipment, this set takes a multi-format approach. That can be a practical way to bring several exercise options into an apartment, office, or other home workout space. Buyers often highlight the range of exercises and weight combinations, along with the compact design, some also appreciate the interlocking hardware for keeping weights secure.

## What you get
The set is listed with eight 2.75 lb plates and the components for its adjustable, convertible setup. Assemble the pieces in the configuration you want, using the connector and locking nuts to secure the plates. The plates can also be used as weight plates, and the push-up stand configuration adds another way to work upper-body movements within the same home setup.

## Buying verdict
The SAUVOO set suits people who want more exercise formats than a pair of fixed dumbbells can offer, but prefer one detachable setup to several separate pieces of home gym equipment. Its five configurations support varied strength routines, while the dual-lock hardware, textured grips, and compact storage design make it practical for regular use at home.
