## Description

If you want a simple way to raise your upper body in bed, a wedge pillow offers a more structured alternative to stacking regular pillows. The Sasttie uses a fixed incline, so it suits shoppers who prefer a steady support surface over a setup they can rearrange throughout the night.

Its 30° design and 12-inch height are intended to support a range of rest positions. The listed size is 24 x 24 x 12 inches, making the footprint worth considering before you choose a spot on the bed.

The foam layers and removable cover add practical details, but this is still a single-purpose wedge—not an adjustable bed base or a general-use pillow.

## Best use cases

This bed wedge is intended for sleeping or resting with the upper body elevated, including situations involving acid reflux, back discomfort, snoring, or recovery after surgery. Those are intended uses, not a guarantee of relief, comfort and suitability can vary, especially when a medical condition or post-surgery instructions are involved.

Picture settling in to read or rest, with the incline supporting your upper body instead of a pile of pillows that can shift apart. The non-slip fabric on the base is designed to help keep the wedge in place. It’s a great fit if you want one consistent incline for bed use and a cover you can remove for cleaning.

## Product specs

The pillow measures 24 x 24 x 12 inches and has a 30° incline. Its support comes from a 25D foam base topped with 40D slow-rebound memory foam. According to the maker, the memory foam responds to body temperature and rebounds in 3–5 seconds, those figures describe the material, rather than promising a particular comfort result for every sleeper.

The light gray knitted cover is removable by zipper and machine washable. The foam insert is not machine washable, so cleaning the cover does not mean the entire pillow can go in the washer. The side surface is described as velvety, while the base uses non-slip fabric.

## Where it shines

The layered construction gives this wedge a more cushioned top than a basic firm foam incline, while the fixed shape keeps the support straightforward. That may appeal if you want an elevated resting position without adjusting a frame or repeatedly stacking pillows. The washable cover is another useful detail for a product used in bed.

The tradeoff is flexibility: the incline is set at 30°, and there’s no listed adjustment mechanism. If you prefer to change elevation during the night, a wedge with adjustable positioning—or an adjustable bed—may suit you better. Its 24-inch square footprint also calls for enough clear space, and the foam itself needs care that a washable cover cannot provide. What matters more to you: a steady, ready-made slope or the freedom to vary your position?

## Buying verdict

Choose this Sasttie wedge if a fixed 30° incline, memory foam top, and removable washable cover match how you plan to rest. It’s not for you if you need adjustable elevation, want the foam itself to be machine washable, or have been advised to use a different position during recovery. For a basic pillow-stacking approach, this offers a more structured surface, for highly customizable support, its fixed shape is the clear limitation.
