It supports Neo QLED, QLED, The Frame, Crystal UHD and Q-Series models, and it replaces BN59-01385A among other BN59 remotes. It’s built for everyday control with Bluetooth pairing and infrared functions. ## How it helps you daily No more disposable batteries: the built-in rechargeable battery can be powered by indoor light via a solar panel or recharged quickly with USB-C. A USB-C cable is included, so you can charge faster when you need to. The remote connects via Bluetooth after pairing, so you’ll enjoy smooth, line-of-sight free control once set up. Four dedicated shortcut buttons give instant access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and Samsung TV Plus. ## Key features at a glance - Solar charging plus USB-C recharge option - Bluetooth pairing for wireless control (IR works before pairing, if needed) - Four app shortcuts for quick access - Compatible with a wide range of Samsung Smart TVs from 2019–2025 - Includes one rechargeable remote and USB-C charging cable - 2-year limited warranty and responsive support ## What to know before you buy Check compatibility with your TV model before ordering. Look for a BN59-01385A or similar BN59 remote model and confirm your TV supports Bluetooth remote control. The pairing process is simple but may require a TV restart and keeping other remotes out of the way if pairing fails. ## Pros and cons in practical terms Pros: rechargeable via solar or USB-C, no disposable batteries, Bluetooth pairing enables post-pairing voice features and hands-off control, dedicated shortcuts speed up access to popular streaming apps. Cons: the voice search feature requires successful Bluetooth pairing, and basic infrared buttons may work only before pairing in some scenarios, it’s a replacement remote, so if your TV model isn’t listed, it may not be compatible. ## Who it’s for If you own a Samsung Smart TV from 2019–2025 and want a rechargeable, Bluetooth-enabled remote with quick app access, this could fit well. It’s especially appealing if you’d prefer not to deal with disposable batteries and want a simple pairing experience. ## Who it isn’t ideal for If your TV isn’t within the 2019–2025 range or requires a model-specific remote not listed here, this may not be the right choice. Also, if you rely heavily on voice commands before pairing, you may encounter a brief limitation until pairing completes. ## When it makes sense to buy Choose this if you value eco-friendly power options (solar or USB-C), want a Bluetooth-enabled experience after pairing, and appreciate quick access to four popular apps. The 2-year warranty adds reassurance for everyday use. ## What to double-check before purchasing - Confirm your TV model supports this BN59-01385A remote or compatible BN59 remotes. - Be prepared to perform the pairing steps: turn on TV, press Back/Exit and Play/Pause together for 5–7 seconds. - Keep the solar charging capability in mind for daily charging convenience. ## Practical usage example Imagine using the remote in a dim living room after sunset, the solar panel keeps the battery topped up thanks to ambient light, so you can navigate menus and launch Netflix with a single press on the shortcut button while the TV is mounted on a wall and out of direct line of sight. ## FAQ - Q: Does it work with voice search right away? A: Voice search requires successful Bluetooth pairing, basic infrared controls may work before pairing. - Q: How do I charge it? A: Use the built-in solar panel for indoor light or plug in the USB-C charging cable included in the package. - Q: What models are compatible? A: Designed for selected Samsung Smart TVs from 2019–2025, including Neo QLED, QLED, The Frame, Crystal UHD and Q-Series. ## Final verdict It’s a solid pick if you want a rechargeable, Bluetooth-enabled replacement remote that covers common Samsung TV lineups from 2019–2025, with convenient app shortcuts and a two-year warranty.
