## Description

## What this is
This is a 2-pack of universal replacement remotes designed for Samsung Smart TVs. It’s a straightforward IR remote that doesn’t require pairing or programming—just insert two AAA batteries and you’re ready to go. The set includes two identical remotes so you can keep one as a backup or place one in a different room.

## How it helps your setup
If you’re in need of a spare remote that’s compatible with a wide range of Samsung LCD, LED, QLED, UHD, and 3D Smart TVs, this pack covers many recent BN59-01315, BN59-01301, BN59-01199, and related model variants. On the surface, it’s about convenience: no pairing, quick access with familiar Samsung navigation. The inclusion of Braille points on Power, Channel, Volume, and Select buttons is a thoughtful touch for visually impaired users, aiding tactile identification without altering overall usability.

## What stands out (pros) and what may fall short (cons)
- Pros: Broad compatibility across multiple Samsung TV series and generations, simple setup with no pairing, included Braille indicators for key controls, practical as a spare or replacement, and a 60-day after-sales return policy through YOSUN.
- Cons/Limitations: Batteries are not included, so you’ll need to grab two AAA cells separately. As a universal replacement, it may lack some advanced, model-specific features or firmware-based behaviors found on original remotes.

## Who this is for
This remote is a sensible choice if you want a low-friction backup for a Samsung TV, or you’re consolidating multiple remotes into a single, easy-to-replace unit. It fits households that value immediate usability and a quick reload option without dealing with pairing hassles. It’s less ideal if you rely on on-screen app control features or voice assistants that require newer, branded remotes.

## Who it’s not for
If you rely heavily on model-specific shortcuts or smart-home integrations tied to a particular Samsung remote, this universal replacement may feel lacking in some nuances. Also, if you don’t want to manage batteries separately, there’s no included power source in the package.

## Buying considerations: when it makes sense to buy
Choose this 2-pack if you want a dependable spare that requires minimal setup and covers a broad range of Samsung TVs. It’s handy for homes with multiple Samsung sets or as a backup for living rooms, bedrooms, or guest spaces. Consider it when you need immediate replacement without visiting a store or spooling through pairing processes.

## Buying considerations: when to skip
Skip if you need a remote with advanced, model-specific features not listed here, or if you require batteries included in the package. If you already have a preferred third-party remote with enhanced navigation options or smart home compatibility, this may not be the best fit.

## Technical notes (brief)
The remote uses infrared for control and is compatible with a wide array of Samsung TV lineups, including LCD, LED, QLED, UHD, SUHD, HDR, curved, Frame, Solar, and 4K/8K televisions. Shortcuts exist for quick access to favorite apps, and tactile Braille points are present on four major buttons.

## What you get (in the box)
Two identical replacement remotes. Batteries and manual are not included.

## FAQ
- Do I need to pair this remote with my Samsung TV? No, it’s an infrared universal replacement that does not require pairing or programming.
- Can I use this if I have two different Samsung TVs? Yes, it’s designed to work with a wide range of Samsung models across multiple series.
- Are batteries included? No, you’ll need to insert two AAA batteries yourself.

## Decision: Is it worth it?
Is it worth it? It’s a sensible backup option that emphasizes ease of use and broad compatibility. If you want quick access to your Samsung TV without hunting for the original remote, and you value a spare in the house, this 2-pack offers straightforward value. If you need exact feature parity with a specific model beyond the listed compatibility, you may want to verify that those functions map to your TV’s requirements before buying.
