## Description

This replacement voice remote from VIVCASE brings back voice control to compatible Samsung smart TVs and keeps basic functions like navigation and playback straightforward. It targets Samsung Crystal, UHD, QLED and Neo QLED models from about 2019 through 2025 and is useful when the original remote is lost or stops responding. The low-power design helps extend standby time while the ABS housing aims for a comfortable grip.

## Key Points

This remote supports voice commands on Samsung sets that include the voice function, so it will not work with models lacking that capability. Pairing is simple and quick by holding the Back/Exit and Play/Pause buttons together for 5 to 8 seconds until the TV shows a pairing confirmation. According to the manufacturer, typical battery life is about three months of normal use with fresh AAA batteries, and standby can last up to six months due to energy-saving circuitry. Consider that pairing may need a repeat attempt if the TV does not acknowledge the first try.

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **VIVCASE Voice Remote BN59-01385A**
- Compatibility: Samsung Crystal/UHD/QLED/Neo QLED 4K and 8K smart TVs (2019–2025), voice-enabled models only
- Power: AAA batteries (not included)
- Standby time: approximately 6 months according to the manufacturer
- Construction: ABS plastic, odor-free finish

## Usage Recommendations

Use this remote as a direct substitute for a missing or malfunctioning Samsung voice remote when your TV already supports voice features. Place new AAA batteries in the compartment and follow the pairing sequence shown earlier. For frequent voice queries, test the microphone responsiveness after pairing and keep a moderate distance from sources of loud noise to improve recognition. 🔊

## Positive Aspects

The unit is lightweight and provides the familiar layout of navigation, volume and playback keys, so switching from the original remote is generally seamless. The ABS shell is described as comfortable to the touch and free of off-putting smells. It can serve as a practical spare for households with multiple Samsung TVs or for users who prefer a straightforward replacement over repairing the original device. 🎯

## Limitations and Nuances

This remote does not include solar charging or a solar cell feature. It only functions with Samsung televisions that have built-in voice capability, so verify voice support on the set before relying on it. Some TVs may require repeating the pairing steps if the on-screen confirmation does not appear on the first try. 🔁
