## Description

The two-compartment layout gives this Rynapac waterproof phone pouch room for a phone and small essentials, so your room card, cash, or ID can stay with you at the beach or on a cruise. Its clear window is designed to leave the rear camera unobstructed, while the adjustable, detachable lanyard keeps the pouch close at hand.

It’s a practical setup for days when carrying a separate dry bag feels like one more thing to manage.

## Best use cases

The pouch is aimed at water- and sand-prone outings: pool time, beach days, boating, kayaking, snorkeling, and cruises. The inner semi-sealed area is intended for items such as cash, keys, ID, or a room card, the outer area holds the phone. For example, at a pool you could keep your phone accessible for a quick photo while carrying a room card and a little cash in the same pouch, rather than juggling loose items beside your towel.

The included lanyard can be adjusted or removed, which makes it useful when you want hands-free carrying on shore or on deck. It’s a great fit if you want one pouch for a phone and a few small essentials, rather than a phone-only sleeve. The two-pack may also suit someone looking to keep a spare pouch available, though the listing does not specify different sizes or colors.

## Product specs

- **Format:** Two waterproof phone pouches
- **Capacity:** Designed for phones up to 10 inches, including phones with a protective case, actual fit depends on the phone and case
- **Waterproof rating:** IPX8, as listed by the manufacturer
- **Material:** PVC
- **Storage:** Separate areas for the phone and smaller valuables
- **Carry:** Adjustable, detachable lanyard
- **Access:** Touchscreen use and a clear rear-camera window are intended to work through the pouch

The listing recommends testing the seal with a paper towel before each use, squeezing out air before closing, and submerging the pouch for about 10 minutes before relying on it. Those steps matter: the rating alone is not a reason to skip the seal check. Keep sharp objects out of the pouch, and follow the warning to avoid sun exposure.

## Where it shines

The appeal is the combination of storage and carrying convenience, rather than a slim phone-only cover. On a cruise or at a water park, keeping a phone, room card, and cash together can mean fewer loose items to track. The transparent back is also meant to support rear-camera photos without removing the phone. What happens when you try to use the screen underwater? The product notes that water pressure at depth can affect touchscreen operation, and recommends using the phone’s volume buttons to take photos.

Without having tried it, the practical limit is clear from the instructions: touchscreen response is not guaranteed at depth, and the listing recommends dives of no more than one hour. If you need reliable underwater controls or a purpose-built camera housing, this pouch may not match that more demanding use. It’s not for you if you need verified fit for a specific phone-and-case combination or plan to store sharp items alongside the phone.

## Buying verdict

Choose this pouch if your priority is keeping a larger phone and a few small valuables together during casual water activities, with a lanyard for carrying and a camera window for quick pictures. Compared with a basic phone sleeve, its separate storage area is useful for cards or cash, compared with a more specialized underwater setup, it has a stated touchscreen limitation and depends on careful sealing. Check your phone’s fit, test the pouch as directed, and treat underwater touch control as a constraint rather than a given.
