## Description

This padded sports bra blends support and style for active days and studio sessions. The longline cut and crisscross open back deliver a flattering silhouette while promoting airflow, and the four-way stretch fabric feels cool against the skin. If you want a breathable option for running, yoga, or gym workouts, this padded sports bra offers coverage and light compression to reduce bounce and maintain shape.

## Key features

Soft round neckline and a wide underbust band help keep the fit secure during movement. The design includes lightweight removable pads that maintain contour without adding bulk. Inside, a mesh lining improves ventilation so sweat disperses faster and garments feel fresher after intense sets. Straps converge into a stylish crisscross back that highlights the shoulder and back line while helping distribute support evenly across the torso. Note that the manufacturer describes the support level as medium, which suits cup sizes A and B and favors low to high intensity training depending on individual needs. 😊

## Tech specs

- Name: **RUNNING GIRL Sports Bra for Women**
- Style: Padded sports bra tank top
- Back: Crisscross open back
- Fabric: Four-way stretch with inner mesh
- Pads: Removable light padding
- Support: Medium according to manufacturer

## Pros

The silhouette balances coverage and a modern aesthetic, making the bra versatile for workouts and casual wear. Breathability is improved by the mesh lining, so you may notice less sweat cling during hot sessions. The removable pads simplify washing and let you adjust coverage as needed. Keep in mind the medium support rating may not be sufficient for larger cup sizes seeking maximal containment.

## Getting the most from it

For a secure fit choose your size using the vendor chart and wash on a gentle cycle to preserve shape. When layering, pair this longline bra with higher waist leggings to create a streamlined look that stays comfortable through sprints and floor work. Consider swapping pads for different coverage depending on activity and personal preference. The open back design gives extra ventilation during cardio and weights, and the wide band reduces rolling for a steadier fit.
