## Description

For a yoga session, gym workout, or everyday outfit, the RUNNING GIRL sports bra pairs medium support with a distinctive criss-cross back. Its stretch fabric and soft elastic band are designed to move with you, while removable cups let you choose the coverage that suits your activity. If you want a streamlined layer for low-key days, it also works under workout shirts, tank tops, and light clothing.

## Getting the most from it
Wear this bra for yoga, fitness sessions, and other workouts where medium support is a practical fit. The V-neck and crossed straps give the back a defined look, while the flexible stretch fabric is intended to move with your body rather than restrict your range of motion. For a smoother feel under a top, use the removable cups for added coverage, take them out when you prefer a simpler feel. The lined shelf bra and soft elastic band add to its supportive, close-fitting design.

Moisture-wicking fabric is intended to help manage sweat and keep you feeling cool and dry during a workout. The added Lycra helps the material stretch and retain its shape over time, making the bra suitable for repeat wear across exercise sessions and casual use. It brings together two everyday priorities: a functional layer for movement and a back detail that can show beneath an open-back or sleeveless top.

## Tech summary

## What you’ll notice day to day
The crossed straps provide a more distinctive look than a conventional straight-back sports bra, and the soft, flexible construction makes it easy to wear beyond a workout. Pair it with exercise clothing for yoga or gym sessions, or layer it under a tank top when you want an athletic style for everyday wear. The removable cups are useful when you want to adjust coverage without changing bras.

Buyer feedback often highlights the soft feel, appearance, and back straps, with some customers describing the bra as supportive for workouts. Fit and activity feedback is mixed, though: several buyers say the sizing runs small, and opinions differ on how well it suits running and higher-movement exercise. For a more confident fit, compare your measurements with the available size guide before choosing a size.

## Should you buy it?
Choose the RUNNING GIRL bra if you want a medium-support sports bra with a strappy back, removable cups, and fabric designed for stretch and moisture management. It suits shoppers looking for one piece that can move between yoga, gym wear, and casual layering, while offering a choice in coverage. If your priority is a clean athletic look with functional details, this design brings those features together in a versatile everyday layer.
