## Description

Choosing a costume for a themed event calls for a recognizable character look, while everyday superhero play benefits from details that are easy to put on and move in. This Rubies Supergirl outfit brings the TV series-inspired design together with a removable cape, thumb holes in the sleeves, and a hook-and-loop closure.

The girls' medium is sized for 8–10. Costumes run smaller than regular apparel, and the dress runs short, so use the costume size chart when choosing a fit.

## Tech specs
- Character: Supergirl from the DC Supergirl TV series
- Size: Girls' medium (8–10)
- Design: Blue long-sleeve dress with the “S” symbol, attached red skirt, gold belt, and removable red cape
- Details: Thumb holes on the sleeves, hook-and-loop closure

The TV-inspired colors and character emblem make the outfit easy to recognize at Halloween, a costume party, or a cosplay event. The removable cape gives the look a distinctive Supergirl detail, while the sleeve thumb holes add a practical touch during dress-up and play. A hook-and-loop closure helps make getting in and out straightforward.

## Everyday use
For a child who wants to dress as Supergirl rather than wear a more general superhero outfit, the character-specific dress, emblem, and cape provide a coordinated look. It can be worn for trick-or-treating, themed parties, cosplay, or imaginative play at home. The cape can be detached, offering a simple way to change the outfit’s look between activities.

Buyer feedback often highlights the costume’s appearance and the fabric, with some saying it captures the TV-show look well. Fit and construction feedback is mixed, and shoppers also differ in their comments about durability. Since the costume is described as running smaller than apparel and the dress as short, the size chart is a useful guide for selecting the intended fit.

## Included in the package
The costume includes the dress with its removable cape and a belt. Shoes are not included, so footwear can be chosen separately to suit the event. The dress combines the blue long sleeves and “S” symbol with an attached red skirt, while the gold belt completes the character-inspired design.

## Is it worth it?
This costume brings several recognizable Supergirl elements into one outfit, making it a practical pick for a child with a specific character in mind. Its strongest appeal is the combination of the TV-series-inspired dress, gold belt, and removable cape, with details such as the thumb holes and easy hook-and-loop closure supporting costume changes and play. It suits you if you’re looking for a girls’ size 8–10 Supergirl costume for Halloween, a themed party, cosplay, or superhero dress-up at home.
