## Description

For small dogs or cats that need a more accessible route onto a couch or bed, ROMROL’s three-step pet stairs create a raised path without requiring a jump. The high-density foam core and soft fleece-light gray cover make them a practical addition beside everyday furniture.

At 15.7 x 15.7 x 23.6 inches, the stairs offer a defined climbing surface for pets in a compact footprint. What helps make this setup useful across a multi-pet home? Its three-step design is intended for small dogs and can also serve cats.

## Pros

The 33D high-density foam core is designed to rebound, while the three-step layout gives pets a gradual route up and down. That can make furniture access more manageable for puppies, senior dogs, and pets recovering from surgery. The cover is described as non-slip and waterproof, adding a practical surface for regular use around beds and couches.

The cover is machine washable, and a pet-hair remover roller is included to lift hair from the stairs, clothing, sofas, and blankets. A side label compartment can hold small items such as toys or grooming tools. Buyer feedback often highlights use with small dogs and how readily pets learn the steps, experiences with stability and the height needed for different furniture vary. This makes it useful to consider the actual furniture height and where the stairs will sit in your room.

## Quick overview

This ROMROL model is listed as 3-Step-Light-Grey, with a fleece-light gray cover and dimensions of 15.7 inches deep, 15.7 inches wide, and 23.6 inches high. It is intended for small dogs and can also be used by cats. Compared with a single pet ramp, the stepped profile provides separate surfaces for climbing, which may suit pets accustomed to moving from step to step.

The foam stairs arrive vacuum-compressed. After unpacking, allow 24–72 hours for them to expand fully before use. For a practical setup, place them beside the furniture your pet uses most and let the animal approach the steps at its own pace. The listed dimensions help you plan the space beside the bed or couch before positioning them.

## Cleaning & care

The removable cover is machine washable, making routine cleanup more convenient. The inner foam should not be washed, use the included hair-remover roller to pick up loose pet hair from the stairs and other fabric surfaces. The cover may show temporary creases after compressed shipping, and the care instructions describe smoothing them with a cloth and a low-heat iron.

## Questions before you buy

**Can cats use these stairs?** Yes. The product is intended for dogs and also described for cats, making it suitable for a home with both kinds of pets.

**How should I prepare the stairs after unpacking?** They arrive vacuum-compressed, so give the foam 24–72 hours to expand fully before your pet uses them.

**Can I wash the foam core?** No. The cover is machine washable, but the inner foam is not, use the included roller to remove pet hair from the steps.

## Final verdict

For households looking to make couch or bed access easier for a small dog or cat, this three-step design combines a high-density foam core with a washable cover and a compact footprint. Its pet-hair roller and separate foam-and-cover care routine also make everyday upkeep straightforward, while the light gray finish fits naturally into a living space.
