## Description

## Tech specs

If your cleaning routine needs both vacuuming and wet mopping, the roborock Saros 20 Flow combines them in one robot, with a dock that also washes and dries its roller mop. Its 36,000 Pa HyperForce suction handles dust, debris, and pet hair, while the SpiraFlow 2.0 system refreshes the roller with pressurized warm water as it cleans.

AI features help the robot respond to different floors and everyday obstacles as it moves through the home.

## Practical tips

For mixed flooring, AI RGB recognition identifies floor types and adjusts water flow. True Wet/Dry Separation, an automatic roller shield, and up to 15 mm of mop lift help protect carpets when the robot transitions between surfaces. The Edge-Adaptive Roller Mop cleans within 10 mm of edges and extends up to 44 mm, while the reversible side brush reaches into corners. The Dual Zero-Tangle System is designed to help prevent hair from wrapping around the brushes, a practical detail for homes with pets or long hair.

AdaptiLift Traverse 3.0 helps the robot cross double-layer thresholds up to 3.46 inches, connecting rooms with raised doorways. Reactive AI Obstacle Recognition identifies 300+ types of everyday objects, including shoes, toys, and pet bowls. For app or voice control, connect over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, compatible devices include [amazon](https://www.amazon.com/-/dp/B0H5KB6625?tag=globalofertit-20) Echo, Google Home, Siri, smartphones, and smartwatches.

The RockDock washes the roller mop with pressurized 212°F water, dries it with 145°F warm air, and dispenses detergent automatically. Buyer feedback is mixed: some praise mapping and navigation, while reports differ on cleaning and obstacle avoidance. Some buyers also report the robot getting stuck on carpets or rugs and raise durability concerns.

## What’s included

The package includes the robot vacuum, power cord, dock with a disposable dust bag pre-installed, dock base, user manual, and quick start guide. The dock’s roller-washing and drying cycle supports regular mop maintenance between cleaning sessions.

## Before you decide

**Can the Saros 20 Flow vacuum and mop in the same home?** Yes. It is designed for hardwood, tile, marble, carpet, and laminate, with floor recognition and features intended to manage transitions between wet and dry cleaning.

**How high a double-layer threshold can it cross?** AdaptiLift Traverse 3.0 is specified for double-layer thresholds up to 3.46 inches.

**What does the dock do after mopping?** It washes the roller mop with 212°F pressurized hot water, dries it with 145°F warm air, and dispenses detergent automatically.

## Final verdict

The Saros 20 Flow suits households looking to combine vacuuming, mopping, and dock-based roller care in a single cleaning routine. Its strong stated suction, edge-reaching mop, carpet transition features, and threshold-crossing capability make it especially relevant for homes with varied floors and room-to-room transitions.
