Rimwig 32" W x 37" D x 36" H Patio Chair Covers, 2-Pack, Waterproof Oxford

Oxford fabric gives these Rimwig patio chair covers a practical layer between outdoor seating and the elements. The waterproof material, black protective coating, and UV-blocking finish help shield chairs from rain and sun, while breathable vents allow air to circulate beneath the cover.

This two-pack is made for outdoor patio chairs, including wicker swivel and rocking styles. Hook-and-loop straps at the four bottom corners, a side tightening strap, and a bottom drawstring provide several ways to secure the covers around chair legs and frames.

How to use it

Place a cover over each chair, then fasten the corner straps around the feet and adjust the side strap and bottom drawstring to hold the cover in place. This fastening setup is useful for chairs that move or swivel, where a loose cover can shift as the furniture is handled or exposed to wind. The design is intended for patio chairs, including ordinary, swivel, and rocking chairs.

Breathable vents support air circulation under the cover, helping keep the covered furniture dry. Reflective tape on the vents can catch light in the dark, making the covered chair easier to spot as you move around a patio or lawn. When the covers are not in use, the included storage bag provides a place to keep them together.

Pros

Waterproof Oxford fabric and a black coating add rain protection, while the UV-blocking coating helps protect outdoor chair materials from sun exposure. Together, these features suit seasonal patio use, whether you are covering chairs between gatherings or leaving them protected when they are not in use.

The fastening points are a practical advantage: corner hook-and-loop straps, a side buckle strap, and a drawstring offer multiple ways to keep a cover in position. Buyers often highlight the fit and the ease of securing the covers, and some report that they stay on in windy weather. Feedback on fabric thickness is mixed, so the strongest reason to choose this set is its combination of weather-focused coverage and adjustable fastening rather than a particular feel or weight.

Key takeaways

The covers combine waterproofing, UV protection, breathable vents, and reflective details in a design for outdoor patio chairs. The 2-pack is a straightforward fit for protecting a pair of chairs as a set, while the adjustable straps make it easier to secure each cover around different chair styles. For a routine patio setup, cover the seats when they are not in use and fasten the lower straps to help keep the covers in place.

If you are choosing between a simple loose cover and one with several fastening points, this design takes the more adjustable approach. That can be especially useful for swivel or rocking chairs, where a cover needs to stay positioned around a moving frame.

Before you decide

Can these covers be used with swivel or rocking patio chairs? Yes. They are intended for outdoor patio chairs, including swivel and rocking styles, and the straps and drawstring help secure the cover around the chair.

How do the covers attach to a chair? Use the hook-and-loop straps at the four bottom corners, then adjust the side tightening strap and bottom drawstring to hold the cover in place.

What do the vents and reflective tape do? The vents allow air to circulate under the cover. Reflective tape on the vents can catch light in the dark and help make covered furniture easier to see.

Final verdict

For anyone looking to cover two outdoor chairs with one coordinated set, Rimwig combines rain and UV protection with features that address everyday patio use: adjustable fastening, breathable vents, and reflective details. It is a practical choice for keeping patio, wicker, swivel, or rocking chairs covered between uses.
