## Description

At 13” x 21”, the REVIX wrap is designed to cover the upper and lower back in one application. Its low-freezing-point gel stays flexible when frozen, helping the pack contour to the body. Adjustable elastic straps hold it in place for hands-free cold therapy. Choose this broad-coverage format when you want to address a larger area rather than focus a small pack on one spot.

## Key points

The large active area gives you coverage across much of the back, with the option to target the upper, middle, or lower back. A soft plush side feels gentle against the body and helps prevent condensation, while the nylon side is designed for longer-lasting cold. The pack is reusable, and its sealed edge is designed to keep the gel contained during repeated use.

That coverage can be useful after a workout or as part of a routine for muscle fatigue, soreness, and tension. Customers often highlight how much of the back the wrap covers and appreciate being able to secure it with the straps. Feedback on temperature retention is mixed: some customers say it stays cold for hours, while others find it loses its chill sooner. These are individual impressions, not a set cooling time.

## On-body feel

The flexible gel helps the pack follow the shape of the back instead of sitting as a rigid panel. Its plush surface provides a soft contact layer, and the adjustable elastic straps are intended to keep the wrap in place while sitting, standing, or lying down. This hands-free setup lets you settle into a recovery routine without needing to hold the pack against your back.

The wide shape is also adaptable for other areas, including the arms, hips, legs, and shoulders. If your main need is broad coverage across the back, the full-back design is a practical alternative to choosing several small packs for separate areas. For cooling focused on a single small spot, a compact format may suit that task better.

## Practical tips

Store the wrap in the included plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready for a cold therapy session. Position it over the area you want to cool, then adjust the straps for a secure fit. The pack can be used while sitting, standing, or lying down, giving you options for fitting cold therapy into a daily routine or post-workout downtime. Its reusable design makes it easy to return to freezer storage between uses.

## Practical questions

**How much of the back does the wrap cover?** Its 13” x 21” active area is designed to provide coverage from the upper to the lower back. You can also position it to focus on the upper, middle, or lower back.

**Can I use it while moving around the house?** The adjustable elastic straps are designed to hold the wrap in place for hands-free use while sitting, standing, or lying down. The flexible design also allows it to be positioned on other areas such as the arms, hips, legs, or shoulders.

**How should I store it between sessions?** Place the reusable wrap in the included plastic bag and store it in the freezer for easy access when you want cold therapy.

## Is it worth it?

For someone looking for one reusable wrap with room to cover a broad section of the back, the REVIX combines a generous active area, flexible gel, two distinct fabric surfaces, and adjustable straps. It also offers flexibility for applying cold to other body areas. Those features make it a useful fit for at-home recovery routines centered on back coverage and hands-free use.
