## Description

At 16 x 9 inches, the REVIX REX117 gel ice pack offers a broad active area for cold therapy on the lower back, shoulder, hip, knee, and other muscle groups. Its flexible gel stays malleable after freezing, while the stretchy strap helps keep the pack in place without needing to hold it by hand.

The plush and nylon sides support comfortable, practical use at home or after a workout. Choose this larger wrap when you want coverage across a wider area, a smaller compress may be more suited to cooling one precise spot.

## Specifications
- Type: Reusable gel ice pack
- Active area: 16 x 9 in
- Therapy: Cold
- Color: Blue
- Fabric: Plush and nylon sides
- Fit: One size fits all, with a stretchy strap
- Gel freezing point: -13°F, remains malleable after freezing
- Construction: Wide double-sealed edges and extra-thick nylon material

The plush lining is intended to help prevent condensation and frostbite, and the nylon side is designed to support deeper cold penetration. The reusable construction makes the wrap suitable for recurring cold-compress sessions, while the strap adds compression and helps secure it around the treatment area.

## Compatibility
This wrap is designed for use on the lower back, shoulder, hip, knee, elbow, thigh, shin, and calf. Its broad 16 x 9-inch area can cover more than a small, spot-focused pack, making it useful when soreness or fatigue affects a larger region. For example, after a workout, the strap can help hold the pack against the thigh or calf while you rest. The product is also described for home use and post-workout recovery.

## Usage tips
Freeze the gel pack before use so it is ready for cold therapy while remaining flexible. Position it over the area you want to cool, then adjust the stretchy strap to keep the pack in place and provide compression. The hands-free design is practical when you want to sit or rest during an application rather than hold a compress against your body. Its multiple listed target areas also make it a versatile choice for household cold-compress needs.

Buyers commonly highlight the pack’s coverage, soft feel, ability to stay cold for a while, and secure fit from the strap. Feedback on fit is mixed: some find it comfortable, while others say it does not wrap around the waist as they would like. This is useful context if lower-back use is your priority, the listed shoulder, hip, knee, and limb applications offer additional ways to use the wrap.

## Buying verdict
The REVIX REX117 brings together a generous 16 x 9-inch treatment area, flexible reusable gel, and a hands-free strap in one cold pack. It suits shoppers who want a single wrap for several body areas, especially when coverage and staying in place matter more than the pinpoint placement of a smaller compress. For home cold therapy or post-workout use on the back, shoulder, hip, knee, or limbs, its broad format and adjustable strap are the defining benefits.
