REVIX REX117-Navy Reusable Gel Ice Pack, 16 x 9 in with Hands-Free Strap
Product description
At 16 x 9 inches, the REVIX reusable gel ice pack offers broad coverage for areas such as the lower back, shoulder, hip, and knee. Its soft gel stays flexible after freezing, while plush and nylon sides support comfortable, targeted cold therapy.
A stretchy strap helps hold the pack in place while you rest or move around at home.
Key points
The flexible gel pack is designed for repeat use and remains malleable after freezing at a stated freezing point of -13°F. That flexibility helps the pack sit against different body areas, rather than staying rigid like a conventional ice block. Its 16 x 9-inch active area is suited to broader coverage, and the hands-free strap helps keep it positioned for a cold-compress session.
The pack combines plush and nylon sides. The plush lining is intended to help limit condensation and protect against frostbite, while the nylon cover supports cold penetration. Wide double-sealed edges and extra-thick nylon are part of its reusable construction. The product is intended for cold therapy on the lower back, shoulder, hip, knee, thigh, shin, calf, or elbow, making it useful for post-workout muscle care and everyday soreness.
Buyers often highlight the soft feel, coverage, and ability to stay cold for a while. Some also appreciate the secure hold from the strap, while fit feedback varies, particularly around securing it at the waist. These comments can help set expectations when choosing a wrap for a specific body area.
Size & fit
The 16 x 9-inch active area provides coverage across a substantial section of the body, and the stretchy strap is designed to make the pack hands-free. Its one-size design is intended for multiple target areas, including the lower back, shoulder, hip, and knee. For a practical use case, place it over the area you want to cool and secure it with the strap while seated or resting. The flexible gel helps it conform to the body as you position it.
Practical tips
Freeze the pack before use so the gel is ready for cold therapy, then position it over the intended area and fasten the strap for support. The plush lining is designed to help manage condensation and frostbite risk during use. For a workout recovery routine, its hands-free format can keep the cold pack in place while you relax, at home, the broad coverage makes it suitable for areas that are harder to treat with a small compress. Let the pack return to a flexible state before placing it in storage or preparing it for another session.
Final verdict
The REVIX wrap brings together a generous 16 x 9-inch active area, reusable flexible gel, and a hands-free strap in one cold-therapy pack. It suits shoppers looking for a single wrap to use across several body areas, especially when coverage and staying in place matter more than a compact, handheld ice pack.
