## Description

The compact 81-key, 80% layout measures 13.2 × 5.5 in, making this keyboard a space-conscious fit for a gaming or everyday desk setup. Its gasket-mounted design pairs custom linear switches with five layers of noise dampening for a cushioned typing feel. A built-in TFT screen and control knob put useful information and adjustments within reach. Choose wired USB-C, Bluetooth, or 2.4GHz wireless connectivity to suit your setup.

## Quick sizing guide

With an 81-key layout in an 80% size, the K724 PRO suits desks where a compact keyboard is a priority. It measures 13.2 × 5.5 in, so you can compare that footprint with your available desk space before choosing a spot. A full-size keyboard is another approach when you want a larger layout, this compact format is designed for users who prefer a smaller board for gaming, work, or shared desk use.

## Strengths

The TFT display shows battery level, connection mode, and typing status, and it can also display custom GIFs or memes. The knob adjusts backlight brightness and media playback, so common controls are accessible without key combinations. For a practical setup change, switch between USB-C, Bluetooth, and 2.4GHz connections when moving among a PC, laptop, and tablet.

For typing and gaming, the gasket-mounted construction, lubricated linear switches, and five-layer dampening create a softer, more cushioned feel. PBT keycaps retain their texture and color, while south-facing RGB lighting provides per-key illumination. The switch socket is designed for replacement switches, and the software supports custom lighting effects, macros, and keybindings. Buyers often praise the sound and typing feel, along with the connection options and customization. Some also report software problems, a useful consideration if software-based customization is central to your setup.
