ramco RA-10450 LT1000P Water Filter 3-Pack with Coconut-Shell Carbon

When your refrigerator’s water filter is due for replacement, this ramco three-pack is intended for refrigerators that use the LG LT1000P, LT1000PC, or LT1000PCS filter family. It gives you three replacement cartridges in one set, so you can keep the next change on hand.

The product details list coconut-shell activated carbon, food-grade material, and lead-free material. They also specify layered filtration at 0.5 micron and say the filter is designed to reduce chlorine, odors, and other listed impurities.

One point to weigh is that customer comments about water taste are mixed. Fit and installation feedback is generally favorable in the supplied review summary, but taste results are not consistent across those comments.

Usage tips

Check your refrigerator’s current filter number against the listed LT1000P-family references and compatible refrigerator models before ordering. The product also names replacement references such as ADQ74793502 and ADQ73214402, those are filter identifiers, not refrigerator model numbers. If your refrigerator uses a different filter family, this set may not be the right match.

The stated replacement schedule is every six months or 300 gallons, depending on water quality. A month sticker is included to mark the installation date. For a household that changes its filter on a regular schedule, the three cartridges provide replacements for later cycles as well as the current one. The listing describes a quick-load installation, while customer comments also characterize installation and replacement as easy, follow the refrigerator’s instructions when fitting a new cartridge.

Strengths

The practical advantage is the three-cartridge format: it suits buyers who want future replacements ready without purchasing a single filter each time. Coconut-shell activated carbon is the specified filtration material, and the listed refrigerator compatibility covers a range of models. Buyers in the supplied feedback also describe the filter as easy to install and a good replacement for the original filter.

It makes sense if your refrigerator takes one of the listed filter references and you prefer to keep multiple scheduled replacements on hand. A single cartridge may suit someone who only needs one change right now, this set is organized around repeat replacement. The feedback on taste is less uniform than the comments on installation, so consistent taste improvement should not be assumed.

Practical questions

How many filters come in the set? It includes three LT1000PC replacement filters, according to the product details.

How often should a filter be replaced? The stated interval is every six months or 300 gallons, depending on water quality. The included month sticker can help track when installation took place.

Which refrigerators are compatible? The listing names the LT1000P, LT1000PC, and LT1000PCS filter family and provides a list of compatible refrigerator models. Match your refrigerator’s model or existing filter reference to that list before choosing this set.

Is it worth it?

This set is a reasonable fit for someone who has confirmed the LT1000P-family match and wants three replacement cartridges for scheduled changes. The listed materials, filtration claims, and NSF certifications offer useful selection details, while the supplied buyer feedback points to easy installation but mixed taste results. It’s not for you if you need a different filter family or are relying on buyer comments as a guarantee of a particular water taste.
