rabbitgoo A018B-44.5-05-2 Rainbow Window Privacy Film, Black Vinyl Static Cling

For a bedroom that needs more shade or a glass door that could use added privacy, the rabbitgoo Rainbow Window Privacy Film combines a black vinyl finish with a decorative prism pattern. Its static-cling design attaches with water instead of glue, so you can position it on suitable glass without applying an adhesive layer.

When light strikes the patterned surface, it creates a colorful stained-glass effect. The film is also designed to reduce incoming sunlight and help protect interior furnishings from UV exposure.

Tech summary

This is a black vinyl window film measuring 17.5" x 78.7". The decorative pattern adds visual interest to flat glass, while the cling format offers an alternative to curtains or blinds when you want a film applied directly to a window or glass door. It is intended to provide privacy and sun control as part of the window covering, with a rainbow effect that brings color to the room when light reaches the glass.

The film is described as blocking daylight and UVA and UVB rays. For everyday use, that combination can be useful in a bedroom where morning light interferes with daytime rest, or on a door where you want to soften the view into a living space. It also helps limit direct sun exposure on nearby furnishings. Customer feedback often highlights the stained-glass look, colorful light effects, and added privacy, comments about how well it adheres and how much can be seen through it are mixed.

Tips for day-to-day use

Apply the film to clean, flat, smooth glass. Wet the surface with water, position the sheet, and adjust it while it is still easy to move. Because it uses static cling rather than glue, it can be removed and repositioned, and the design is intended for reuse. When separating the backing film, use tape on both sides of the sheet to help lift it away before installation.

A bedroom window is a practical setting when reducing daylight is the priority, a living-room window or glass door can make the decorative pattern part of the room’s everyday look. The privacy effect can vary with viewing conditions, so consider the window’s placement and how much visibility matters for that space. This film suits buyers who prefer a removable glass covering over fabric window treatments and want the added color effect of a patterned surface.
