## Description

Bluetooth calling puts everyday conversations within reach, while the QVEQ G104 lets you answer or make calls from your wrist when it’s paired with a smartphone. Its 1.83-inch touchscreen also brings notifications and activity information into view without needing to pick up your phone.

For workouts, choose from more than 123 sports modes and track steps, calories, and distance. Heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and sleep tracking add more ways to follow daily activity and rest.

The rectangular black watch works with Android and iPhone devices. Whether you prioritize staying connected on the go or want a wrist-worn tracker for exercise, it combines both needs in one device.

## How it fits

Pair the watch with an Android or iOS smartphone over Bluetooth to use calling and receive text and social app notifications. GPS tracking works through the connected smartphone, so location-based workout tracking relies on the phone rather than a built-in GPS receiver.

The Da Fit app provides a place to review health and sleep tracking trends across 1, 7, or 14 days. That makes it easier to look back at patterns instead of relying only on a single daily reading. The watch is designed for adult users and has a black band and rectangular display.

## Why it makes sense

A basic step tracker centers on movement, the G104 adds calls, notifications, and a broader set of everyday tools alongside workout tracking. Use it to check an incoming message during a walk, choose a sports mode for a workout, or control music and your phone’s camera from your wrist. A stopwatch, alarm, weather forecast, sedentary reminder, water reminder, and find-your-phone feature round out its daily functions.

The 1.83-inch full-touch HD TFT display supports at-a-glance interaction, and the Da Fit app offers hundreds of watch faces, including the option to upload a photo for a more personal look. Its IP68 water-resistance rating makes it suitable for swimming and rainy conditions, as described for this watch.
