## Description

This 6-quart electric skillet with an integrated grill combines a shallow ceramic pot and removable grill plate to handle family meals and casual entertaining. It heats up to 1600W and includes a timer with a KEEP setting, making it practical for quick noodles, pan-frying steaks, eggs, or simmering soups for 4 to 6 people while keeping cleanup simple.

## Key Points

The cooker features a PFOA-free ceramic nonstick coating that reduces the need for oil and makes wiping the surface easier after use. It comes with grill tongs for turning meats and vegetables on the grill plate and a double-box packaging with protective foam, which the manufacturer says is suitable for gifting. Controls are intuitively placed with two knobs, one for the timer and one for selecting power levels.

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **AUTUCU N12NA 6-Quart Electric Skillet with Grill**
- Capacity: 6 quarts
- Power settings: 400W, 1200W, 1600W
- Material/coating: PFOA-free ceramic nonstick
- Extras: Includes grill tongs, removable pot and grill plate

## Benefits

Because the pot detaches from the base, it can be taken directly to the table for serving, which simplifies meal presentation and reduces the number of dishes used. The timer knob has an auto-stop function when the set time expires, and the KEEP position maintains heat continuously when you prefer the food kept warm. Higher power options allow faster searing on the grill plate, while the low setting is useful for simmering broths or keeping eggs at a gentle temperature.

## Usage Recommendations

For searing steaks or achieving a caramelized surface on vegetables, select the 1600W high setting and preheat the skillet briefly. Use the 400W low setting to gently cook delicate items like eggs or to maintain soups without vigorous boiling. The removable components are dishwasher safe according to the manufacturer, but wiping the ceramic coating with a soft cloth after soaking often removes residues quickly. Consider using utensils safe for nonstick surfaces to preserve the ceramic finish over time.

## Practical Tips

This multi-cooker is not a slow cooker. If you need extended low-temperature cooking over several hours, a dedicated slow cooker will perform differently than this appliance. Also, while the ceramic surface requires less oil, extremely high-heat cooking without adequate oil may affect long-term durability according to common care practices for coated cookware. Store the grill tongs and accessories together to avoid misplacing them between uses.

Note: The product includes a grill plate and a pot that are both removable, facilitating both table service and easier cleaning.
