QMay 24-Piece Mystery Dice Advent Calendar with Acrylic Dice and D20s

RPG players and game masters who enjoy discovering new dice can turn a countdown into part of their tabletop hobby. The QMay mystery dice calendar combines daily surprises with pieces for role-playing games and collecting.

Its 24 compartments are designed to be opened one per day, making the box a playful countdown for a holiday, anniversary, or personal milestone.

The assortment includes random styles, so each reveal adds a sense of discovery rather than delivering a fixed, matching dice set. It also makes a distinctive gift for a player, Dungeon Master, or dice collector.

Key features

The calendar contains 21 random-style acrylic dice, a pin badge, a metal D20, and a sharp-edged resin D20. With multiple materials and styles in the assortment, the reveals bring variety to a dice collection and add character to game-night accessories. The exact styles are random, so the appeal is in discovering what the compartments hold.

The dice are intended for Dungeons & Dragons and other tabletop role-playing games, including Pathfinder, MTG, and Warhammer. They can be brought to a regular game session, used for casual game nights, or kept as collectible pieces. Rather than choosing a set based on one specific color or pattern, this calendar suits shoppers who value the surprise of an assorted selection.

Everyday use

Use the compartments as a 24-day countdown: open one each day and make the reveal part of the lead-up to a special occasion. The format works as a gift for an RPG player or Dungeon Master, and the individual discoveries can also give a game group something new to enjoy together. For players, the dice are intended for tabletop play, for collectors, the range of random styles makes each opening part of building a varied display or dice stash.

The acrylic dice form the main part of the assortment, with a metal D20 and a resin D20 adding different materials to the mix. The pin badge offers a small extra for someone who enjoys RPG-themed accessories. Since the styles are random, treat the calendar as a discovery set rather than a way to select a precise color or coordinated design.

Practical tips

Set the box somewhere convenient and open one compartment each day to follow the countdown format. If giving it as a gift, the recipient’s interest in tabletop RPGs, dice, or collecting is a natural guide to whether the mystery assortment will appeal. At the table, keep the newly revealed dice with the rest of the player’s gaming supplies so they are ready for a session.

A fixed-style dice set is a better fit when matching a particular color or look is the priority. This calendar takes the opposite approach: it pairs a daily reveal with an assortment of random designs, making the opening experience part of the gift as well as a source of dice.

Is it worth it?

For RPG players who like variety, the calendar brings together a 24-day countdown, a broad assortment of random-style dice, and a pin badge in one themed gift. Its mix of acrylic dice with metal and resin D20s gives collectors and tabletop gamers several kinds of pieces to discover, while the daily compartments add a simple way to build anticipation for a celebration or game night. It suits you if the fun of uncovering unexpected dice styles matters as much as adding pieces to your collection.
