## Description

A screen-free wearable can suit someone who wants health and activity tracking without wearing a watch-style device. The prxxhri VR11 Smart Health Ring monitors sleep, stress, and daily activity. It connects to iOS and Android phones through Bluetooth. This rose gold version is size 8.

## Key specifications
The VR11 is a round smart ring designed for adult men and women. Its listed measurements include sleep duration and stress, and the product details also describe automatic heart-rate checks every 30 minutes while worn. Bluetooth connectivity links the ring with a compatible smartphone, so tracking information can be viewed through the associated fitness and sleep-monitoring app. No app subscription is required.

The ring is rated waterproof to 80 meters, making it suitable for everyday wear and activities such as swimming. Its stated battery life is 2–3 days, using a smart charging case can extend usage beyond 10 days. The case is mentioned as a way to extend use, not as a confirmed package item.

## Everyday use
Wear the ring through a typical day to keep activity tracking close at hand, then use its sleep-monitoring function overnight. Stress and heart-rate tracking add further wellness information, while phone connectivity gives you a way to access the data without a display on the ring. This approach is a practical fit for people who prefer a wearable focused on ongoing tracking rather than viewing information directly on their wrist.

The stated activity features include tracking steps, calories, and exercise performance, alongside sleep and stress monitoring. These metrics can help you review daily patterns and keep activity information together in one app. Buyers have praised the simple setup, lightweight feel, design, and convenience of everyday tracking. Feedback is not entirely positive: some buyers also report that the ring stopped working, so customer experiences vary.

## Getting the most from it
This version is rose gold and size 8. Fit matters for a ring worn throughout the day and overnight, so use the size chart and measure your finger circumference before choosing a size. A comfortable fit helps make it practical to keep the ring on for the activities it is designed to track. The user manual is listed among its product details.

## Practical questions
**Does the VR11 work with iPhone and Android phones?** Yes. It is listed as compatible with iOS and Android smartphones and connects through Bluetooth.

**Can you wear it while swimming?** The ring is rated waterproof to 80 meters, and swimming is described as a suitable use. Follow the user manual for care and use guidance.

**Is there a recurring app fee?** No. The product is described as requiring no app subscription, so there is no recurring subscription fee for access to its features.

## When it makes sense
The prxxhri VR11 is a useful choice if you want a ring-format tracker for sleep, stress, heart rate, and everyday activity, with phone connectivity and no app subscription. Its rose gold finish and size 8 identify this specific version, for tracking that fits into both daytime routines and overnight wear, start with the size chart to select the right fit.
