## Description

## What to know

A compact adjustable design can make strength training easier to fit into a room that has no dedicated workout corner. These Poudee dumbbells use a square shape that helps keep them from rolling when you set them down.

The product description also says the weights have rounded edges and anti-slip handles. It describes a 45-degree rotation adjustment with a dual-lock mechanism, intended to let you change resistance between exercises without taking apart the set.

Keep in mind that the listed weight information conflicts: the product name gives a 2.2–20 lb range and several individual figures, while the description names 4, 7, and 10 lb per pair. Confirm the available settings and what the set includes before choosing it, the exact resistance options matter if you follow a planned progression.

## How to use it

The set is intended for home, office, and gym workouts, with exercises for the arms, shoulders, back, and full body. Its adjustable format is most useful when you want to move from one exercise to another without keeping several separate pairs beside you. The description says adjustment takes a 45-degree turn and uses a dual lock to hold the selected plates in place.

For example, you could keep the set beside a chair, use it for shoulder work during a short home session, then place it flat on the floor between sets. The square profile is also described as suitable for floor exercises such as push-ups. There are no care or cleaning instructions in the supplied details, so avoid assuming a particular maintenance routine or cleaning method.

## Practical tips

Think about the exercises you actually plan to do before buying. If you want a small set for occasional upper-body work, the adjustable format may be more convenient than storing several fixed-weight pairs. If your routine depends on specific increments or heavier resistance, the conflicting weight figures make this a less certain choice until the exact settings are confirmed.

The description claims the set takes up less than 0.2 square feet of storage and can fit in a closet, gym bag, or small workout area. That makes portability and storage a central part of its appeal, rather than a broad range of verified training details. The flat sides may also help keep the weights in place during floor work, though they do not replace a dedicated piece of equipment for exercises that require one.

## Before you decide

**What weight settings does it offer?** The supplied information is inconsistent: the name lists a 2.2–20 lb range and several figures, while the body describes 4, 7, and 10 lb per pair. Check the exact configuration before ordering.

**Are the dumbbells designed to stay put on the floor?** Their square shape is described as helping prevent rolling, and the description says the flat sides can support floor-based exercises.

**Are they intended for small spaces?** Yes. The listing describes a compact design taking up less than 0.2 square feet and mentions closets, gym bags, and small workout areas.

## Buying verdict

It suits you if a compact, adjustable set for home or office sessions matters more than having a clearly documented range of weight increments. Not the best choice if your program depends on precise resistance levels, or if you need confirmation that the set reaches a particular weight—the conflicting figures leave that unanswered. Choose it for the space-saving approach only after verifying the settings that come with the set.
