Polar Aurora Dark Gold Poker Chip Set, 300 Chips, 11.5g, Aluminum Case
Product description
For a Texas Hold’em table of 8–10 players, this Polar Aurora set bundles 300 numbered chips with cards and a carrying case. The dark gold look gives the components a coordinated appearance, while the printed denominations help players identify chip values during a game.
It’s also set up for other card-game nights, including blackjack, and packs away in a lined case when the table is clear.
How it fits
This set suits home games, parties, and card clubs where several players need chips in a range of denominations. The manufacturer lists it for 8–10 players, so it’s aimed at a full group rather than a small two-player game. The 300-chip count and two included decks make it a ready-to-organize option for Texas Hold’em or casual blackjack, without requiring a separate chip-only purchase.
Worth considering if you want a single case to store and carry the main game components. What matters more for your setup: a coordinated kit, or choosing each accessory separately? This bundle prioritizes having the chips, cards, dice, and dealer button together. It might not be a great match if you need small- and big-blind buttons included, those are specifically not supplied.
What stands out
Each chip has a solid iron core and double-injection molding, with an approximate weight of 11.5 grams. That gives the chips a heavier feel than a lightweight, basic game token, while their numbered denominations make values easier to distinguish. They are 39mm in diameter and described as casino-size.
The aluminum case has a reinforced handle and a soft black velour lining. That combination is useful for keeping the set together between games and helping protect its contents from dust and scratches. The cards are described as smooth and water-resistant, and the set also includes five dice. For a game night that moves between rooms or is packed away afterward, the case offers a more contained setup than loose chips and accessories stored separately.
