## Description

This 3-ply stainless steel 11-piece cookware set from EWFEN is designed for everyday cooking, offering balanced performance across multiple stovetop types. It combines durable construction with practical design, making it ideal for users who value versatility and ease of cleaning.

## Key Points
The set includes a 1.5-quart, 2.2-quart, 3-quart saucepan with lid, 9.5-inch and 10-inch frying pans, a 6-quart pot, and a steam insert. Each piece features a 3-layer construction: a 304 stainless steel interior for safe, even cooking, a thick aluminum core for uniform heat distribution, and a 430 stainless steel exterior that works on all stovetop types including induction. The wide-edge glass lids seal in moisture and help retain flavor.

## Technical Specifications
- **Brand + Model**: **EWFEN 3-Ply Stainless Steel 11-Piece Cookware Set**

## Benefits
The wide-edge glass lids prevent steam escape and help maintain cooking temperature. The thick aluminum core ensures consistent heat, reducing hot spots and improving performance during simmering or searing. The set works seamlessly on all stovetop types, including induction, which is a major advantage for modern kitchens. The molded spouts allow easy pouring of sauces and broths, while drainage holes make it simple to drain pasta or strain large solids.

## Usage Recommendations
Use the 2.2-quart pot for soups and stews that require gentle simmering. The 3-quart saucepan is great for frying and sautéing, especially when combined with a lid to retain moisture. For baking or steaming, the steam insert provides even heat without direct contact. Always ensure the pot is fully seated on the stovetop to avoid uneven heating. Avoid using metal utensils to preserve the non-stick surface, though the stainless steel interior is scratch-resistant. For best results, preheat the pan before adding food.

The set maintains a clean, reflective finish that resists tarnish and stays bright with regular use. According to the manufacturer, the 304 stainless steel interior resists rust and is easy to clean with soap and water.
