## Description

Pre-rinsed, screened coconut coir gives you a clean, renewable base for building potting mixes that hold moisture while supporting soil aeration. Plantonix Coco Bliss comes as compressed bricks that expand in water, so you can prepare the amount you need and blend it with potting soil for indoor or outdoor plants.

Use it for seed starting, container gardens, vegetables, herbs, flowers, succulents, and houseplants. Its coconut-husk fiber offers an alternative to peat moss for gardeners seeking a renewable soil amendment.

## Tech specs
- Name: Coco Bliss coco coir
- Type: Compressed coco coir bricks
- Brand: Plantonix
- Pack: 10 bricks, 650 g each
- Item weight: 14 pounds
- Listed volume: 21 gallons
- Listing: OMRI-listed

The bricks are washed and screened to remove traces of fiber, sand, and rocks. Once hydrated, the coir can be broken apart and mixed into soil or used in seed-starting mixes. Its moisture-retaining qualities help keep planting media hydrated, while improved aeration and drainage help reduce compaction around roots. The product information also notes a neutral pH and high cation exchange capacity, supporting nutrient uptake in a blend.

## Everyday use
For a container garden, hydrate a brick, break up the expanded coir, and mix it with potting soil before filling pots or planters. The same approach works when preparing a seed-starting mix or refreshing soil for indoor plants. Because it can be blended into existing potting media, coco coir suits gardeners who want to adjust a mix rather than use a single standalone growing medium.

How does it compare with reaching for peat moss? Coco Bliss is made from renewable coconut husks, making it a practical choice for gardeners looking for a plant-based alternative. It also adds moisture retention and structure to mixes used in greenhouses, herb gardens, and outdoor containers. Buyer feedback often highlights easy hydration, moisture retention, and usefulness in container gardening, comments on brick dimensions are mixed, with some buyers noting variation.

## In the box
The pack contains 10 compressed coco coir bricks, each listed at 650 g. Hydrate the coir before mixing it into potting soil or using it in a planting container. This brick format makes it straightforward to prepare coir for a specific gardening task, from filling a few pots to setting up a seed-starting mix.

## Should you buy it?
It suits you if you want a renewable, coconut-fiber amendment that can be hydrated and worked into potting soil for a range of indoor and outdoor plants. The 10-brick pack gives you a ready supply for seed starting, containers, and garden beds, while the coir’s moisture retention and soil-aerating qualities help shape a more workable growing mix. Choose Coco Bliss when you want the flexibility to blend a screened, OMRI-listed coir into your own planting setup.
