## Description

This open-back over-ear headphone aims to deliver clear, spacious sound for home listening and casual monitoring. If you need detailed imaging for music or long sessions of comfortable listening, these headphones present an approachable option with a focus on neutral midrange and airy highs. The first paragraph uses the long-tail keyword open-back studio headphones to describe the design and intent, and highlights the main benefit of accurate sound for critical listening.

## Key features

The design puts comfort and soundstage front and center. A double layered headband cushion reduces pressure on top of the head for longer wear, while breathable ear cushions help limit heat build-up during extended sessions. You get a balanced tonal character thanks to **50mm neodymium drivers** that aim to reproduce a full spectrum of sound, and the open acoustic system creates a wider stereo image useful when tracking mixes or enjoying live recordings. 🎶

## Tech specs

- Name: **Philips Audio SHP9500 HiFi Precision Stereo Over-Ear Headphones**
- Driver size: 50mm
- Magnet type: neodymium
- Acoustic system: open
- Cable length: 1.5m
- Connector finish: gold-plated

## Benefits

The open-back layout reduces the sense of confinement and offers a natural listening space. Voicing leans toward clarity rather than boosted bass, so you can hear subtle details without exaggerated low end. The 1.5m cable gives comfortable reach for desktop setups and home audio systems, and the gold-plated connector supports reliable contact for cleaner signal transfer. **Philips SHP9500** balances practical comfort with performance for listening sessions that last hours. 🔊

## Usage tips

Break them in gently, playing familiar tracks to judge tonal balance and let pads settle. For mixing or critical listening try tracks with complex midrange content to evaluate imaging and separation. Remember that open-back headphones leak sound outward and will let ambient noise in, so they work best in quiet rooms or controlled environments. Also note the manufacturer states the design is intended for indoor use and not for isolating in noisy surroundings. 🛋️
