## Description

Some pet households want a simple way to keep water available, others prefer a fountain with a larger reservoir and a flowing, faucet-style design. The Petlipo set brings together the fountain and a waterproof silicone mat for an organized indoor drinking area.

Its 3.2L (108 oz) capacity helps reduce how often you need to refill, while the stainless steel construction offers a durable, easy-to-clean surface for daily use.

With a 6-layer filter, a 15 dB pump, and a mat that helps contain spills, it combines practical details for cats and dogs in one setup. What makes a fountain a useful fit for your home? Consider the number of pets, your preferred cleaning routine, and the space available for an indoor water station.

## The essentials

The fountain holds 3.2L (108 oz), giving pets access to a supply of water between refills. Its faucet-style design provides a flowing-water presentation, and the set is suitable for cats and dogs. A 5-volt corded pump powers the fountain, with a 1.5 m cable noted for placement near an indoor power source.

The water-contact unit is made from BPA-free, food-grade 304 stainless steel. It is listed as dishwasher-safe, and the metal surface is designed for straightforward cleaning. The included silicone mat is waterproof and helps keep splashes contained around the drinking area, adding a layer of protection for the floor.

A 6-layer filter combines nonwoven fabric, activated carbon, and ion-exchange resin to help filter impurities and absorb heavy metals, while supporting the water’s taste and smell. For upkeep, the filter guidance is to clean it weekly and replace it every 3–4 weeks. The set includes the fountain, a filter, a pump-cleaning brush, and the cat feeding mat.

## Best use cases

This setup suits indoor homes looking for a fountain for one or more cats or dogs, especially when a larger water capacity is useful between refills. It can be a practical choice for busy pet owners or multi-pet households that want a dedicated water station. Compared with a basic, still-water setup, the fountain adds faucet-style flow and a filter, a simple bowl may suit buyers who specifically prefer a non-powered arrangement.

The mat is useful beneath the fountain wherever small splashes could reach the floor. For example, placing the set in a convenient indoor spot creates a defined drinking area, while the included brush supports cleaning around the pump during maintenance.

## Getting the most from it

Set the fountain indoors near a suitable power source and place the mat beneath it to help catch water around the base. Keep the filter on its recommended cleaning and replacement schedule, and use the pump-cleaning brush as part of routine upkeep. The stainless steel fountain is also listed as dishwasher-safe, which gives you another cleaning option.

Buyers have highlighted that pets use the fountain, with one noting that their cat drinks from it, ease of assembly and cleaning also comes up positively in buyer feedback. These experiences offer helpful context, while each pet’s response can differ.

## Buying verdict

Choose the Petlipo SPF-ZFX-L-3F when you want a stainless steel, faucet-style fountain with 3.2L capacity and a waterproof mat in the same set. The filtered water setup, quiet 15 dB pump, and included pump brush make it well suited to an indoor pet drinking station where accessible water and a tidier surrounding floor are priorities.
