Perytong Bluetooth Headband Headphones, Spandex, Bluetooth 5.4, 40mm Drivers
Product description
If you want music for sleep, workouts, or travel without wearing conventional earbuds, these Perytong Bluetooth headband headphones put wireless audio into a stretchy fabric band. The design is made for adults and suits routines where a soft head covering is useful alongside listening.
Spandex fabric and an elastic closure give the band a flexible fit, while the built-in microphone lets you take calls. Wear it for a run, yoga session, meditation, or a flight, the same format also offers an alternative to earbuds when settling in for sleep.
Bluetooth 5.4 connects the headband for wireless listening, and the stated playback time is up to 14 hours per charge. That makes it practical to use across daytime activities and evening audio without needing to switch to a separate listening device.
Why it makes sense
Unlike standard earbuds, this design places the audio components inside a fabric headband rather than inside the ear. That can be useful for people who prefer not to wear in-ear headphones during a workout or while lying down. The band also helps keep hair in place during movement, and its built-in microphone adds call handling to music and other audio.
For a typical use, put it on for a yoga session or jog and listen wirelessly while the elastic band stays around your head. Later, it can serve as a soft listening option for bedtime, meditation, or travel. Buyers often praise the comfort and sound, including its suitability for sleep. Feedback is mixed on fit, battery performance, and durability, so individual experiences vary.

Charge the headband before use, then pair it with a Bluetooth device to listen or take calls. The product is designed for sleep, workouts, jogging, yoga, air travel, and meditation, so it can move between active and relaxing parts of the day. For bedtime, position the band so the audio components sit comfortably over your ears, for exercise, its headband format can help manage hair as you move.
The stretchy spandex construction makes this a fabric-based alternative to choosing separate earbuds for exercise and sleep. It is worth considering if you want one wearable format for both activities and prefer audio without conventional in-ear headphones. Customers’ feedback on fit is varied, so wearing the band in your intended position is a practical way to find a comfortable setup.
