## Description

## Tech summary

For a dog that likes to settle on the couch or bed, this 50" x 60" throw adds a soft resting layer while helping protect the furniture underneath. A waterproof membrane sits between the two fabric sides, and the gray blanket reverses between cozy Sherpa fleece and corduroy. Use it at home or take it along for car rides and other outings.

The blanket is made for pet owners who want both a comfortable spot for their dog and a practical barrier against everyday messes. Its tight edge stitching and tear-resistant, fade-resistant features suit regular use, while the reversible design lets you switch up the surface as needed.

- Type: Throw blanket
- Size: 50" x 60"
- Color: Gray
- Fabric: Polyester
- Features: Waterproof membrane, tear-resistant and fade-resistant
- Care: Cold machine wash, tumble dry on low

## What it works with

Use the blanket on a sofa, couch, bed, pet bed, crate, kennel, car seat, or floor. It is intended for dogs and cats, and the XL size offers a broad surface for lounging or settling in. For a trip, fold it up to bring a familiar resting layer along to a hotel, campsite, or beach.

The waterproof layer helps protect the surface below from liquid spills, urine, and drool, while the blanket also helps shield furniture from pet hair, scratches, and stains. The outer Sherpa and corduroy fabrics are not waterproof, the protective barrier is the membrane between them. That distinction makes it easy to choose which side faces up while keeping the blanket’s intended protection in mind.

## Getting the most from it

Spread the blanket flat over the area your pet uses most, such as a favorite couch cushion or the back seat during travel. Flip it to choose between the plush fleece and corduroy textures. Want a soft throw that also serves as a furniture cover? The built-in waterproof layer combines those roles in one reversible blanket, rather than relying on a separate comfort layer and protector.

For routine care, machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low. Its foldable design makes it convenient to pack for outdoor plans or overnight stays, and the same blanket can serve as a familiar place to rest in different settings.

## What to clarify

**Is the entire blanket waterproof?** The waterproof membrane is inside the blanket and helps block liquids from reaching the surface beneath it. The Sherpa and corduroy sides themselves are not waterproof.

**How should I clean it?** Machine wash it in cold water, then tumble dry on low. This care routine makes it straightforward to refresh after regular pet use.

**Can I use it outside the home?** Yes. It can be used for car travel and outdoor outings, as well as on furniture, pet beds, crates, kennels, and floors. Its foldable format makes it easy to bring along as a resting layer.

## Final verdict

This PERFEMET blanket suits pet owners looking to cover a couch, bed, or travel spot with a comfortable, reversible layer that also has a waterproof membrane. The 50" x 60" size, two distinct fabric surfaces, and machine-washable care make it a useful choice for everyday lounging and trips with dogs or cats.
