## Description

Oats replace nut butter in Perfect Bar Oaties, creating a soft, cookie dough-inspired bar that’s easy to pack for a lunchbox or snack break. Each 1.83 oz bar provides 8g of protein and 3g of fiber.

Sweetened with organic honey and maple syrup, these bars include 20+ superfoods for a snack with a dessert-like oatmeal cookie dough flavor. They’re made without artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, or preservatives.

Keep the bars refrigerated for their signature soft texture, or take one along for the day: Oaties can be enjoyed outside the fridge for up to 7 days.

## Practical tips

Store the bars in the refrigerator to maintain their soft bite, then pack one for a lunchbox, a morning snack, or a break between activities. Their individually portioned format makes it simple to bring a protein-containing snack along without preparing food on the go. They’re also suited to road trips and busy days when a convenient snack is useful.

If you’ll be away from home, Oaties can be kept at room temperature for up to 7 days. For a family snack drawer or a week of packed lunches, the 12-count box offers multiple bars in the same flavor. The oat-based recipe is made with oats instead of nut butter, for allergy decisions, use the allergen information on the current package, as the bars are produced in a facility that handles other ingredients.

## Why it’s worth it

Some protein bars use nut butter as their base, Oaties take a different approach with oats, giving this bar its soft, cookie dough-inspired texture. That makes it a practical choice when you want a sweet-tasting snack with protein and fiber, rather than a bar chosen solely for a conventional nut-butter style. The oatmeal cookie dough flavor brings a familiar treat-like note to a packed lunch or afternoon snack.

Each bar has 8g of protein and 3g of fiber, while organic honey and maple syrup provide the sweetness. The recipe also includes 20+ superfoods and is described as organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, low glycemic, and kosher. With no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, or preservatives, it offers a clearly defined ingredient approach for everyday snacking. The refrigerated format helps preserve the texture the bars are made for, while the stated room-temperature window makes them convenient to carry.
